Nice hotel for quick overnight for an early flight. Receptionist couldn't wait to get back to her phone! Rushed through explaining room location and perturbed about having to repeat information.

The furniture needs updating, there were stains on the couch, bedding, and carpet.The shower, and toilet wasnt very clean. The spacious room and the free warm cookies was the highlight of our stay.

Pretty but beds were uncomfortable and tired. The restaurant was very overpriced and the quality of the food was poor. Staff was exceptional.

The only issue we encountered was our room not being clean and covered in 100s of nats, we requested to be moved and they agreed that was the best option. And again the new room was grimy (stains everywhere, hair in the shower on the walls, floors not even vacuumed). But the customer service was great, so i am sad we had to leave this hotel. I hope next time we have a batter experience!

My first visit with Doubletree. Hotel, staff & food was really good. My only drawback was with shuttle service upon arrival. I had to wait 1/2 hour. If I had known shuttle van had a cookie on it, I wouldn’t have missed the first van. As I’m sure I’m not the only one, I would suggest the staff clarify the van with large cookie.

Property was fine, but felt more like a motel than a Hilton. Room was large and well furnished, but felt used. There were gnats in the bathroom and the mattress wasnt great, but it was a good enough place to stay.

I stayed in room 249…the toilet and mini-fridge to be replaced asap. They both appear to be dated. I didn’t request a change of room due to my tiredness and cleanliness but for future patrons I’m sure this will be a thing.

The hotel was under employed. Only one person at the front desk having to answer phones and the line for people checking in, and the the line for people buying snacks at the gift shop. The pool is good. The sheets are itchy, and the beds are worn. The building is outdated.
