.y husband stayed here fir two nights while attending a class reunion. He's frugal and we chise this hotel due to the modest price and what seemed like a decent location. However, he hated the place, telling me the room was dingy and very small. Also, a fire alarm in another guest's room went off and rang in all the other rooms which he thought was unnecessary. Perhaps that's required for fire code, though. He also felt the location was tricky to find. He did feel safe enough there, but didn’t like it. He also complained that the front desk clerk didn’t speak good english and when he asked for directions to a restaurant they told him to "go find someone else to ask."

The time I saw my room, which was way different than what I paid for, I was shocked... It was the biggest scam I've ever experienced. I felt like there was a camera or something shooting my reactions for an upcoming movie, I couldn't believe my eyes. I cannot describe the hate I feel every time I see Expedia being advertised or the word 'knights'. Despicable. Unacceptable. And for the record, the floor, the walls, the smell, the bedsheets, the bathroom, the furniture, even the service, this whole business, everything, is totally wrong. Everything was dirty, smelly, smoked (even if I paid extra money for a non-smoking room) and I almost felt like I was in danger because of things that happened and I cannot just report in a comment. Everything wrong. This place is not for vacation. It is to help people in their difficult chemical moments of their lives. This was my first and last experience with expedia. I acknowledge there isn't something wrong with this platform, the problem actually was the property, but this experience, and all the trouble it caused me (financially and psychologically), is unforgettable. I didn't even stay there, I avoided touching anything. Forget about the money. * I couldn't understand the scam by their prices. They were pretty normal to me.

There was a spider on our pillow noticed it as soon as we came in theres now a small blood smear from where I had to kill it and also this property has roaches we killed one about an hour into our check in we paid a decent amount and was not comfortable at all to stay the full night we booked out of there at 4am we were exhausted and choose to drive home chayotes for hours instead of being able to get sleep because of the environment. The room was a deluxe and it was in terrible condition knobs are broken off the jet tub shower runs hot and cold spontaneously do not recommend unless you desperately need a hotel and even then no

Do not stay here! This place is terribly disgusting! There were cockroaches in both beds, mouse droppings on the floor and on the shelves near the microwave. The room was dusty! There were what appeared to be blood stains in the tub. The rooms that were showed to us reaked of cigarette smoke. There was hair all over the bedding and in the bathroom. The bedding was full of holes from what I assumed were from cigarette burns. The whole property was in destitute. Our daughter from being in the room for less than two minutes instantly suffered from a severe coughing spell. There was also a number of nefarious looking characters loitering and smoking in the parking lot outside of the rooms. This place was so gross I believe even a street hooker would be ofended by the premises. On a serious note though do not stay here!

Had to book an emergency stay due to family issues. The place is horrible. Booked a non smoking room with two beds. It smelled like smoke. The beds were very uncomfortable. Hair was literally everywhere. Bathroom was disgusting. Not what you expected. Refrigerator was disgusting, lopsided, and was leaking water. Not worth the amount you pay. Definitely would not recommend nor would we ever return. Just disgusting!

I am very upset the tub was dirty there was bugs in the room had to keep killing them there was no other place for me to go near there I was commin from out town bed sheets had something on it I have pictures of the bugs no one came to clean the room the people upstairs from me was was stomping and vacuuming I am just so overwhelmed and frustrated my vacation was ruined due to this I didn’t enjoy my stay at all

Everything is great . The microwave doesn't have the proper dish in it. The dish doesn't turn because of that. I found out after using it and my door was hot really hot but not in all areas. I told management about it. Nothing done for 3 days

While I'm came to this place tired and was freezing, this guy on the front desk put me in a smoking room, when I called him to change it he refused stupidly and left me suffering all the night of the bad and offensive smell, although this rate was a bit expensive than usual. I don't recommend staying in this place.

You should not even be advertising this place
The room was dim lights didn’t work bathroom was broken down cigarette holes in the bedspread I asked for non-smoking you could smell nicotine all over. I had to ask for another key because the key would not work after the first time opening the door, and the heat was not working as well. The closet was a makeshift closet made into the Room, the curtains were dirty and the carpet was filthy.
