Service impeccable,confort, emplacement, tout était très bien. Mais malgré que nous étions au 18e étage, nous entendions les TRÈS nombreuses voitures comme si nous étions au rez-de-chaussée. Dommage pour la nuit de sommeil.

Service was awful! They took forever to bring 2 additional bath towels as we were 4 guests and the bathroom only had 2. Pool was disgusting, (found a band aid and fake eye lashes). My kids got yelled by staff in lobby and breakfast bussers were rude. Would not stay there again and do not recommend.

This place is a little dated and could you some Upgrades. The location is easy accessible to everything. Check in was very easy, and staff was very informative regarding parking and local attractions in the area. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable to my surprise. It was a good ole basic hotel stay, with a nice view of the city.

This hotel is run down and very dirty. Parking in the garage was horrendous experience. There is no room service. The snack / coffee shop employee was rude and very cold. They also lock you out of room exactly at check out time. Also, THEY HAVE GUYS WALKING AROUND TRYING TO TALK PEOPLE INTO BUYING HILTON VACATION PACKAGES---awful.

Although I stayed at this hotel o due to esse of attending concerts. The convenience and ease of taking the train to Lincoln Financial Center is superb. However, the hotel is extremely noisy outside during the night. It is on a somewhat main street and it is Extremely Loud during the night and impossible to sleep.

We booked two rooms here for graduation. We found the bed sheets and towels to be dirty with stains. In one room we found a bug crawling out of the comforter. We asked for house keeping, house keeping never showed up. We were tired from traveling and attending events, we waited to tell house keeping again that we need to have the room cleaned the next morning ....to come back to uncleaned room. We also went to check out the swimming pool and immediately turned out. The towels were not cleaned and the pool smelled. We voiced our experience to the front desk and the manager to offered $50 dollars credit for the unwell experience. If this wasn't for a joyful event of mothers day weekend and graduation, I think I will voiced my experience louder. I will not be returning to this hotel and am very disappointed with hilton standard.

This property needs renovated. It is in a beautiful location with amazing views however, the windows need to be replaced to be able to enjoy those views. I stayed two nights and my first room had a shower that didn’t work. I was sent to a second room at 10 PM and the shower there also did not work. Finally, a maintenance engineer came and replaced the hardware in the shower THE NEXT DAY. . That shower worked well but would not turn off. The phone in my room did not work and I was not able to contact the front desk. Using my cell phone I called the hotel and was put on hold for 12 minutes. My final attempt to call the hotel Worked, but nobody helped me with my running shower. I checked out of the hotel with the water still drizzling down. I had other problems, but I will save you all of the details. This is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience at a Doubletree hotel. Great city, poor accommodation.

The hotel is clearly mid-tier, clean and comfortable enough with friendly, accommodating staff. There is a safe, which is good, and a small kitchen in our small suite. However, the towels and linens are not premium—or even soft—many provided toiletries are in dispensers, and there are no robes. Overall, the room is adequate, the staff is professional, and it is a fair value for a mid-tier property. come from institutional appearing dispensers, and there are none of the expected robes. Overall, the hotel is a fair value, staffed by good people and a fair valur.

I was traveling with my wife and my mother-in-law who is mentally ill will schizophrenia. I chose this location because I am a travelling photographer and this hotel is close to several venues. On Sunday night I picked up my cousin to go to a concert with me who is also disabled he has Multiple sclerosis, and it is difficult for him to walk. When we returned to the Hotel around 12am I needed to wave a cab for my cousin. I was carrying my Sony A7iii camera, a phone and portable phone charger, a bottle of champagne my hands were full. At the hotel entrance I did not want to stand outside holding these items. Especially my Sony A7ii camera, so I asked the concierge who sits right by the front door if they could keep an eye on my items while I wave a cab for my cousin, I would be visible from the concierge desk through the glass windows so I did not think that would be a problem. Before the concierge could reply, a man from Hotel Security said No she can’t do that. He then proceeded to ask me for my hotel key to prove that I was staying in the hotel. I showed him my key then I went outside with all my belongings and waved a cab for my cousin. While waiting for a cab my cousin actually fell outside because his balance is not that good. So, I was very disappointed on my stay and how the hotel took no accountability on this problem, when I called the hotel front desk the woman, I spoke to was rude.

Sander was our concierge when we checked and he always made it a point to wave at us, coming or going. Loved the location and we had a corner room on the 8th floor which was nice and big for me and my two children. Highly recommend staying there.

It’s a bit shabby, the fire alarms kept going off, the rooms are noisy, the parking situation was a little confusing, and there was an irritating person selling Hilton timeshares in the lobby.

The property seemed to be neglected. The windows were not cleaned in a long time. My window leaked when it rained. The rest of the room was just dusty. I was on the 6th floor and I found a roach in my bathroom. The pool had a ring of dirt on the edges and was not heated well the pool area was cold and not very welcoming.

Wonderful stay at this Hilton property. Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Loved the cookies at check in. Parking was a breeze and more affordable than other hotels in the area. Lots of dining options nearby. Subway station right next to the hotel. We had planned to use the pool but never got to it so can’t say how it was. Overall a great experience. My only complaint was housekeeping missed some trash in our room - an empty beer can under the bathroom vanity and another plastic item under one of the beds but otherwise clean, no weird odors and great view!
