Absolutely filthy.When we got there the front door was locked. We drove around back to find a filthy parking lot with trash strewn around. The first room hadn't even been cleaned, dirty linens, trash and towels everywhere. The second room had burn holes in the comforter and blood smeared on the lamp shade. The hotel itself was disgusting. Breakfast was a joke. Flimsy paper plates and cups from Walmart. I chose an apple but then put it back bc it felt slimy and dirty. I'm actually considering reporting them to the Health dept. I would like to include pics but I dont see an option here

Thank you for staying with us. Our staff does thorough cleaning of all the rooms. Our our rooms go through inspection after they are cleaned. we have other guests stay at the property and no one complained about the parking lot or the breakfast. All of our guest enjoy breakfast. We work really hard to make all the guest stay pleasant and comfortable.

The place smelled bad like cigarettes there was bugs in room all over the desk where my belongings was so I discontinued my stay. I booked for nights and only stayed one night. The owner charged me full price for the one night and refunded me money for the other three nights. I would highly recommend you to never book here

Thank you for staying with us. We did not get any complain from other guests staying at the property about the bad smell. We have a robust exterminator service at the property. Our rooms are cleaned thoroughly by our staff. We make sure all the guest stay is pleasant and comfortable. Yes, the management was able to refund the nights that you did not stay.

First, the staff was super friendly and helpful. But the organization was subpar at best. Our first room was dirty and being worked on. The second room was okay, but they didn’t come in to remove trash, or leave clean towels. Also our key card didn’t work on our return. So we had to go to the office and have it recoded every right. We stayed six nights. The stairs were off limits, for no good reason, so the elevator was over worked when we simply just needed to go down a level for the ice machine. If it wasn’t for the staff and their friendliness, we wouldn’t want to go back again.

Thank you for staying with us. We really appreciate your kind feedback. We do not allow guest in the stairways for their safety. The keys get de-activated if it is close to a credit card or mobile phone. Our Housekeeping staff does a thorough cleaning of the rooms to make sure the guests have the best room to stay in. The house keeping service is on-demand. Our staff does not clean the room unless requested for the service. But we do hope you visit us again and see the new changes to the hotel.

The hospitality was great. From the front desk, to the cleaning crew, and the lovely lady who ran the breakfast every morning. The shuttle service to the hotel was also great to save money an Uber to the airport.

Staff was rude and said no food allowed in rooms. Door was broke and peep hole had paper towel stuffed in it. Most of the walls in the hallways and room had plaster spots as if the hotel was still being redone.

Thank you for staying with us. The policy clearly says that no food must be taken out of the breakfast area specially to the rooms. The hotel is in facelift phase and all the rooms are being re-done to make all the guests stay more comfortable and pleasant. We wish you stay us in the future and see the changes to the entire property.

Was a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, nice big TV. Decent sized shower however on one of the days the water was cold. Very easy location for Uber and Lyft pickups and food deliveries and the free shuttle to and from the airport was very helpful. Only real flaws were wifi wasnt very strong and wouldnt always connect and the hard floor wasnt too clean, could only tell after getting out of the shower and immediately collecting dirt turning feet black again. Overall after some apprehension before arriving I was pleasantly surprised and very much enjoyed my stay. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, special shout out to Mo for his kind and smiley service :) Would definitely stay here again if ever in Philadelphia.

This was my 3rd time staying here and for the price you can't beat it. This place is my go-to when I visit Philly. I was there this time for Wrestlemania weekend and I'm planning on being there again in the future for the World Cup. Location south of the Stadium Complex its an easy 10 minute drive from Lincoln FInancial Field, Wells Fargo Center and Citzens Bank Park so whether your going to see a concert, basketball, hockey, baseball or football game or as in my case Wrestling event it's super convenient when all of the traffic is jockeying to get onto 95N you're going onto 95S with ease and you're back at your room 10 minutes later. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, breakfast is good I have no complaints at all. Rooms in the city were going for over 1K a night this weekend while I got my room here for around 100/night its a no brainer and like I said the next time I go to Philly this is my spot. Free self parking is a plus because every hotel downtown charges for parking and who knows really where they take your car to park it. Thank you Comfort Inn, I'll be seeing you again soon!

We couldn't ask for more under this price and overall service. Despite of arriving early morning at Philly Airport, their shuttle came to pick us up in 15 mins, making our journey hassle free. Check-in was a breeze, and our room exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Upon checkin we got to know that they have recently upgraded the hotel and staff which we got to experiece really well. Everything was well organized.highly recommended for a seamless amd enjoyable stay in Philly!

I’ve stayed at other Comfort Inns and this one was a little bit different than previous stays in the way that you can’t take your complimentary breakfast upstairs which was a bit annoying for me because my boyfriend was still sleeping and I wanted to bring him some food up but couldn’t. The area surrounding looks a wee bit worn down. I didn’t feel in danger or anything though. The room was decent! Clean enough. No stains or funny smells or anything. I disinfect everything anyways no matter where I stay. The team at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. I was a bit thrown off by the $100 security deposit because I’ve never had to do that before at any other Comfort Inn but I imagine that’s due to the location surrounding and sketchy individuals.

Thank you for the kind Feedback. The area is absolutely safe. We have a reputed University opposite of the hotel and another hotel and a restaurant in walking distance. There has not been any bad incident in the hotel. We could have addressed the issue if you would have come to the Reception. We always work hard to make the guest stay comfortable and pleasant.

There are many better choices for hotels. The hotel was quite dirty and staff was not friendly. Also, with very limited amenities, the hotel required a $100 hold for incidentals. It has been 5 days since I checked and I have still not received my $100 back yet.

Sorry for the inconvenience. It usually takes 7-10 business days for the deposit to come back to you. It is not the hotel holding the funds it is the Bank so we have no control. Also, what amenities you did not find at the hotel. We have Free Hot Breakfast, Free High Speed Wi-Fi Internet, Guest Laundry, Ice Machine, Vending Machines, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Hair Dryer, Iron, Premium toiletries, High End Serta Mattress, Over 100 channels on TV, Access to Gym, 24-hour Coffee Station in the lobby, Free Shuttle Service to and from Airport. The staff is very friendly. So it is still a mystery what amenities were limited. Every hotel charges for incidentals and more than 100, so we cannot figure out where the issue is. If your funds are not on your card then it is your Bank's responsibility and not the Hotels responsibility as the funds were released upon check-out. But we look forward to seeing you again and we hope to make your stay more pleasant in your next stay.

We checked in at the property around 9pm the woman behind the counter was short with us and couldn't even look up from her computer to speak to us. When I booked the property it said extended parking was available for 5.00 per day with free airport shuttle. I asked the woman about the parking she advised that it was 10.00 per day and was annoyed that I even asked about it. She threw the white binder up on the counter for me to hand write my vehicle information in. I filled out the information and she charged my card 50.00 for 5 days. No receipt was given and nothing was given to put in or on my car. We went to our very room for the night. Room was clean but oddly/half remodeled. There was partially patched holes in the walls, no toilet paper holder on the wall, ect. We had signed up for the 7:00am airport shuttle the night before. We were in the lobby by 6:40am and waiting until 715 for the shuttle to arrive. While waiting I asked the man sitting on the counter about the extended parking, that I had paid the night before but wasn't given any sort of receipt. He handed me to slips of paper to tape on my window that said paid. I was nervous about the whole situation but left for the airport regardless. While on my trip 3 days later I received a call from another man at the hotel asking if I had a car parked there. I stated "Yes, is there a problem?" his response was "oh ok, just checking." I think better management is needed on the parking end for sure. Luckily the car was ther

We stayed on the 3rd floor. We were there for 1 night for a funeral so we overlooked the dirt on the floor and paint pealing off the bathroom walls. After dinner we pulled down the beds to sit back and watch TV. The one bed had something that looked like tar on the quilt, under the pillow was hair and what I'm guessing is oil from hair. Then we found bugs in the bed. I asked for a new room. I check it before moving our stuff. The toilet tank was so loose I thought it would fall off. Got another room. It was the best of the worst rooms I've seen in a hotel.

My room had a broken toilet paper holder, bathtub extremely dirty, you had to play with eh door handle to make sure it latches to lock, all my towels hair in it, found stains on my bed room, and front desk seems lack hospitality manners.
