Thanks for staying with us and for proving your feedback. Davio's did not reopen after closing down for the pandemic in March 2020. The hotel is at the very center of downtown philly and walking distance for most museum, shopping, restaurants. The hotel does not have a place of its own to eat, nor gym, nor bar and the room are rather small. But this being said, it is clean, confortable, eco oriented, and best of all very well priced.

Super hôtel
Hôtel très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités. L'hôtel est très propre, sécurisé. La chambre était grande, très bonne literie et très propre. Le service de ménage était super. Le personnel très agréable, professionnel et toujours à l'écoute. Si je devais revenir à Philadelphia, je retournerai certainement dans cet hôtel, et peut être essayer cette chaîne d'hôtel sur d'autres destinations.

Nous avons apprécié la localisation de l hotel qui est tres proche des zones touristiques. La chambre etait de taille correcte, propre.... Nous regrettons l absence de menage pendant tout notre sejour (cause covid ???) L hotel ne propose pas de petit déjeuné, vous avez une machine a cafe dans la chambre et dans le hall.

Appreciated the 'green' choices - good, filtered water in reusable bottles, large bottles of shampoo and other amenities to be reused instead of thrown away! Also the opportunity to choose housekeeping every day or not. Our room was exceptionally quiet and that was great!

Drains were terrible elevators were slow. Coffee machine was broken for a few days as well as the water dispenser on our floor. Positives great location beds were wonderful very quiet area and hotel housekeeping was great. Showers were good but the bathtub drained very slowly.

The location was great and staff friendly and helpful. The upgrade to get the mini fridge/kitchen was worth it. I was disappointed the shower temperature was warm (not hot.) However good value.

Rooms had thin walls so noise could be an issue. Also bathrooms were very small. Location was excellent, very convenient for centre of the city. Staff excellent and very helpful.

Stayed here for 2 nights and had no issues with anything at this property. The only downside is that they dont have their own parking but there is a parking garage right around the corner so is wasnt too bad. Overall would definitly stay here again.

The property is in a great location. The staff were fantastic! I would have appreciated more specific info from the property about parking. Having my bf drive around while I got the specifics isn’t the best way to handle it. The room we stayed at was acceptable, but with a little TLC, it could be really charming. Better towels, cleaner windows, nicer bedding would go a long way.
