« Pros: Gorgeous views, sandy beach when tide is down, outdoor deck, short commute to city via ferry. Cons: Induction stove in kitchen hard to use, outdoor furniture not clean upon arrival, heater would not keep the house above 68° and kids were cold the whole stay, no wood or lighter for the wood fireplace, when at high tide at night the waves hit retaining wall and shake the house, outdoor handrailing not safe for kids.
