"We had an excellent time! The hotel staff were very kind. We had a few instances when requesting rides back to the hotel from the beach/dinner (an offered service) and the driver did not come (on 3 occasions we were told it would be 10-15 min and waited for 30-40 min before walking), but other than that we had no issues. I would definitely stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The property is old and could use some updating, but it was clean and well cared for. The staff was accommodating - they even brought us complimentary champagne after noticing during check in that it was my husbands birthday. The onsite parking is free and convenient if you have a car. The surrounding area is quiet, and only a short walk to downtown Albufeira. The extra money for the beach front room was well worth it. We had the best view from our balcony and enjoyed the sound of the ocean. "
