The staff was WONDERFUL! The hotel was very dark inside. Our room was missing the cover on the AC and the inner workings of the unit, along with all of the dust and grime. The foot plate in the shower was also chipped and damaged. Overall I would not stay here again.

Canceled this trip, but couldn't get app to work
We had to shorten our trip, so I tried to cancel this reservation on the hotels.com app, and had too much difficulty getting the cancelation to go through. It was non refundable, and I knew that. But it is your app, that in my opinion, is not worth trying to navigate from a phone.

Room needed a good cleaning
The front office staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious but not thoroughly cleaned. There were stains on the wall paper behind the toilet where it had not been cleaned in a long time. The carpet had not been vacuumed and the bathroom floor looked like it had not been wiped down.

It was a okay stay had a room that had electrical problems the lights kept flickering on and off but the bed was comfortable and the water pressure was amazing would I stay there again probably not

Family stay
Check in was quick, clerk was efficient, not overly nice. Room was comfortable and as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was small and shower was small but still working as needed. We did not eat breakfast as we had an engagement away from the hotel.

Check in was fast and front desk clerk was nice and informative. Property is well taken care off. Room is spacious and clean except only complaint is the smell of cigarette smoke in the room, a previous guest has smoked in the room even tho it’s a none smoking room and the smell is still well imprinted in the room. The room needs to be air out for a while for the smell to leave the room. 124

The front desk representative was very knowledgeable of the hotel information. I like the fact that the check out time is 12 noon. My dislike of the hotel is that it's dated. The toilet flushed loudly, the lights in the bathroom area were really dim.

While at a meeting they took everything out of my prepaid room and took it to the front desk without telling me. After the meeting, my key still opened the door as usual. Shortly there after, the man they had rented my room to tried to enter with his key. The staff were rude unapologetic and it required a trip to the front desk to get any answers and have the problems rectified.
