Pratique et confortable.
Toujours très pratique (c’est central), confortable (on dort bien), propre (ménage fait chaque jour), et sans prétention. Avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Pattaya. Beaucoup moins frequenté à cette période de l’année, on n’attend jamais trop longtemps les ascenseurs (pendant les fêtes de fin d’année c’est toujours l’embouteillage aux heures pleines !).

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Période relativement « calme », après les fêtes. Rien à signaler de particulier (Wi-Fi et eau chaude fonctionnent sans problème, et le personnel a l’accueil est toujours à l’écoute, si besoin), même si la literie est plus que « ferme ». Toujours très pratique, et bon marché. Le compromis idéal si vous ne souhaitez pas aller à l’hôtel à Pattaya, tout en étant relativement prêt de tout, et de profiter d’une vue sur la mer (attention certains appartements ne donnent que partiellement sur la mer, et quelques uns directement sur le parking du centre commercial voisin)...

Correct
Drôle d’endroit, légèrement daté (un rafraîchissement des appartements s’impose), mais qui a le mérite de proposer des appartements en plein cœur de Pattaya (à quelques mètres de la plage - accès privé en passant par le garage -, et du centre commercial Central Festival)... Attention à bien demander une chambre côté jardin (un terrain en friche, plutôt, et sûrement bientôt constructible), car l’autre côté donne, en partie, sur le parking du centre commercial (je n’ose imaginer le bruit incessant !). Deux ascenseurs pour assurer le trafic dans cette tour aux très nombreux appartements n’est vraiment pas suffisant : le mieux c’est de ne pas être trop haut et d’utiliser l’escalier. Très bien pour un « dépannage », mais pas forcément le meilleur confort possible, ni le meilleur rapport qualité-prix, pour un long séjour... Accueil, et personnel très accueillant et arrangeant (ma porte-fenêtre ne fermait pas, et la lunette des toilettes était dévissée, un technicien est venu réparer l’ensemble et quelques minutes).

新型コロナの影響で5年振りに利用したが、以前よりは静かになった感じを受けた。今回泊まった部屋については、WiFiが2Gのためかインターネット接続できない事、TVの映りが悪い（NETFRIX､Youtube等が無料で利用できます）点を除けば、その他は満足できます。

The unique thing about the property is that it is in central Pattaya. The things I did not like or that were not up to international standards are as follows. 1. Bathroom floor tile was loose and made noice when you stepped on it. 2. TV did not work properly, had to get someone to come and fix it. 3. Room was dirty and when the cleaners cleaned it I had to still call and have it cleaned again. The dust caused me to have sinus problems. 4. The desk was kind enough to meet me at early morning hour to checkin. However the other host were not friendly and seemed to "be bothered" by my request for service. 5. Filipina lady at counter was not pleasant and was quite matter of factly with customers. I would not recommend this particular property management company for this facility. I have stayed here two previous times with great service but not at this VTsix company. We had to move rooms 3 times. 1st time AC was very loud, 2nd room offered was no sea view as I paid for sea view. 3rd room was no view and I was charged 300. THB extra per day for no view!!! I would recommend Honey as the best property manager here.

Sir,Your reserved Studio Economy room (the basic non-sea-view room). And you reserved the room in a high demand peak period and paid a higher price. The higher category VIP Sea view room is available at a lower rate than your booked rate during the off-peak period. I understand your frustration for paying a higher rate.Your booking with honey was during off-peak period for a sea view room at a lower rate.Please compare similar room during same period to arrive at a fair conclusion.I do have Smart TV in every room with youtube and Netflix.You upgraded the room to Studio VIP Low Floor level 5 by paying an additional 300 Baht. You did NOT choose the Sea view room. You get what you paid Sir.Anyway, thanks for staying with us.

Nice place, pleasant staff, poor shower pressure.
Shower pressure on the hot side was pathetic. If you didn’t mind a cool or cold shower, the pressure was good. Was told they couldn’t get a plumber for over a week. Wouldn’t have done anything anyways. It sees to be more of a building pressure pump issue I feel. One of the insanely small elevators wasn’t working, leaving long waits for travel up/down. Very busy building and two 6-8 person elevators couldn’t keep up.

Always a pleasure staying here with this company. Reception is great and tends to your needs well. Definitely recommend for your next stay. Central to everything and has plenty of shops and stores right downstairs for items you may need.

I am sorry to know about the neighbor. We have a policy to warn the noisy occupants and disconnect their electric if continue to be noisy.If informed at the reception, we definitely do take action. Also, for any housekeeping help, you can always inform the reception and they will do the needful. kha.

An overall great place to stay!!!
I just want to say I enjoyed great service from them once again. Jane and Notti(sp) were very nice and made sure I was happy. They got me the room I wanted from last time. I have referred my friends to stay with them on their next visit also. Great location between beach and Second road, right next to the mall and downstairs there is restaurants, massages, and laundry places. Overall a great place to stay.

Gut gefallen hat an der Unterkunft die exzellente Lage. Das war es dann aber auch bei der Buchung von Vtsix Condo. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, Schränke verschmutz, auf dem Kühlschrank eine dicke Staubschicht usw. Der Zustand der Einrichtung war bemerkenswert schlecht, Möbel absolut abgewohnt, Kleiderschrank war in einem traurigen Zustand, am Bett war seitlich Holz abgesplittert und dadurch Verletzungsgefahr, Duschkopf wurde provisorisch mit Klebeband befestigt usw. Das können andere Vermittler im View Talay 6 deutlichst besser !!!

Good staff and rooms
I always stay at View Talay 6 when I come to pattaya. There are different companies to choose with rooms and this one is great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. One of the rooms that I actually wanted to book was sold out so once I arrived I asked if one would be available at a later date. They allowed me to switch rooms once open without hassle and really enjoyed the Royal Suit. Housekeeping cleans everyday and the room was very spacious. The Hot tub wasnt working correctly but other than that perfect room. Location is one of the best in Pattaya in my opinion and have food, shops, and massage places downstairs. Overall I am happy with my stay.

Great overrall service!!!
Had a overall good stay. First moving in my room i wasnt all the way pleased, but i understood rooms were highly booked. Room was ok but worn down and a few things didnt work. Went back to office after 2 days and Jane took care of me and git me a better room. I was definitely pleased with this room for the rest of my stay. The room cleaners were great also. So great customer service from Jane. She definitely turned me into a pleased customer.

You basically pay for the view. (2nd unit) The condo needs to be updated with a new bed (hard as a rock), better A/C (if you cook or take hot showers the air-con doesn't cool down the condo apartment). The towels plus sheets, bedding were old, few utensils the furniture was stained and patio furniture was literally coming undone! It's condo units rental company each place is its own... I hope you get a better condo then I did and sadly the first condo (1st unit) they gave me was worse that this!

We have standard room with standard furnishing. In the VIP room, the furniture are little higher standard and have black and white theme looks more clean and elegant. Thanks for choosing to stay with us and hope to see you again.

Great stay and friendly staff
This is a great place to stay with nice sea views and a great sunset. Room was cleaned everyday at a time i specified. Towels and bedding was clean and toiletries on arrival was a pleasant surprise . Their reception is always there for help if required and the pool looked clean but i didnt use it. Security were always cheerful and polite.

Thanks for letting me know your experience. Please note that we had no guest during the pandemic and it was only on 28th November, that we were fully booked just for a single day. I apologize for your waiting for check-in which is unusual and extra-ordinary due to numerous check-in at one point and for a single day. Also, we had a hard time serving all the rooms just for a single day with reduced staff during the pandemic. I hope you will like the place very much after the travel is resumed.
