Très bon rapport qualité / prix
hôtel est très bien situé par rapport au fameux marché nocturne de Patong avec une superbe vue depuis la piscine au dernier étage! Tout es parfait, pas besoin de moyens de déplacements tout est à proximité! Je séjournerai dans cet hôtel toutefois que je serai à Patong!

Après 15 jours en Thaïlande dans différents hotels, nous avons malheureusement terminé nos vacances à l'APK .... Accueil médiocre, absence de sourire, wifi payante dans les chambres, demande de garantie à hauteur de 3000 baths, qui ne vous sera rendu qu'après inspection minutieuse au moment du check out . Les chambres sont en revanche assez confortables et propres, mais le manque de convivialité rend le tableau plus sombre . Déçus !

L hotel est bien placé à proximité de patong Beach sans le bruit des activités nocturnes ! Pour ma part déçu de la chambre même si confortable j ai eu une chambre avec un mur devant donc tres peu de lumière !

C'est tout simplement une arnaque et un vol manifest ! Il essaye de vous arnaquer a chaque fois et mon fait payer ma serviette car elle était salle et pas a n'importe quel prix , près de 15€ ... Aussi mon drat et la pour aussi près de 20€ ... Sans oublier qu'il oublier constamment de mettre les bouteilles d'eau dans les chambres et le savon ... J'ai vu des souris dans l'hôtel et des cafards se promener et ca a n'avais pas l'air de les déranger ... Hôtel a éviter .

Tres bon rapport qualité prix, seul bemol a l'arrivée les fenêtre de chambres donnait sur un mur en beton a 50cm et sur une entreprise. Heureusement dès le lendemain en expliquand le probleme on nous a changé de chambre qui elle était tres correct. L hotel et les services etaient tres bien , le personnel tres gentil et serviable, a l'écoute des attentes . bilan tres satisfaisant,

Déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel, il ne correspond pas aux photos montré car l'hôtel n'est pas correctement entretenu les services ne sont pas satisfaisant le personnel aussi ne convient pas pour des familles avec enfants! Je le recommande à personne

Dans l'ensemble trés bien
Hotel central propre et confortable. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Seule critique pas de wifi (gratuit) dans les chambres et l'accès se situant dans le lobby vous aurez droit à une musique d'ambiance (du resto que je n'ai pas eu le courage psychologique d'essayer) des plus déprimante (trucs doucereux des années 90...) ! Egalement la route devant l’hôtel en travaux : défoncée et boueuse (mais ce n'est pas la faute de l’hôtel...)

very bad experience
Very bad place. The room was basic for the price. NO light couldn't enter the room because the large window was situated at 50 cm from a huge wall that means no view. If you like to be trapped in a box like a mouse, it's the place to be. I supposed that it's not the same for each room but we had no choice this time to move to another room and we were stuck in this room for four nights..... terrible experience !!!!

This hotel is very old and dated, no wifi, only in reception, room filthy, black mold in bathrooms and vomit in bath! none of the staff helpful if you complain the pretend they don't speak English ( apart from when they want your cash deposit) they cater for under 30 Russian gests so if you are looking for an 18-30 type Russian holiday this is what you get in 22 trips to Thailand this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, it is only one up from backpacker dorm rooms but dirtier, Expedia should not be marketing the APK properties they are not even one star stay here at your peril.

Room wasn't cleaned properly. Bed was like sleeping on cement. No poolside bar as advertised. Pool furniture old and broken. Both pools looked like they weren't cleaned regularly, especially rooftop pool. TV didn't have clear reception.

The shower was slow, we had large bugs in our room, our air con leaked water and we had to ask for an extra towel as they didn't fix it while we were there (6 nights). There was no pool bar that was advertised. I took my children to show how great the place was only to be disappointed. We were placed on separate floors and the rooms were VERY dated. Wasn't worth the money we paid.

truly not happy with the APK group as I had make full payment for APK resort & spa BUT upon arrival arrange us stay at APK resort very far from jungceylon, cos coming with family (had children & elderly) really not convenience and indirectly increase my expense (transfer back to hotel from jungceylon - tuk tuk price go up 300-800 baht .... crazy)

Mediocre hotel close to beach
Stayed for two nights in February. Staff were not especially welcoming or friendly (oftentimes it would take us several minutes to get their attention and when we did they appeared annoyed) but they knew the area well and were helpful at times. Overall area around the hotel is busy so at night noise can be heard from the street in your room. The rooms look nothing like the picture and are not worth the price. However, compared to the rest of the Patong area, APK may be a nicer option. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing beach trip at a nice hotel and near a remote beach, I would stay away from the Patong Beach area and not recommend APK Resort and Spa.

Not the same Hotel as picture
Well where to start. The picture of the Hotel with the roof top pool that I thought we were staying in. Not to be, our roof top was building material that looked like it had been there since the place had been built and was not capable of being walked on let alone swimming. The pictures of the room were similar, but not as new as the pictures, the TV in the lounge area was none existent, not like your picture. There was a bracket for the TV and a DVD player sitting by it’s self on a bench top and when I asked reception they told me that there was only meant to be one TV in the bedroom area, but the photo I took (that I can send you if you like) shows there should be a TV there. The TV reception was very snowy on the TV that we did have, so watching a DVD might of been a good option. The spare bed that my son was meant to sleep in has a real big stain on the sheet and mattress protector we asked for it to be changed and it was, but he didn’t want to sleep in it after that so he slept on it with a towel over himself “not ideal”. Reception staff not friendly never smiled and on New Years night I rang them 3 times to ask them if they could ask the people in the next room to be quiet as it was now 4am and they were singing and banging the furniture and we had to get up at 6am to fly out. Yes I know it was New Years but they should of at least tried to quiten them down, but I rang 3 times and no one even answered the phone. Breakfast staff didn’t know was they were serving.

The rooms are ok but not that good. That was not really a problem but 70% of staf is So unfriendly, work there with a sad face. Thats not How it have to go in a hotel. The people of the restaurant down are really friendly And the food is good. Go eat there but dont go in the hotel!

We went for honeymoon to phuket and booked over hotels.com.reaching there we were greted properly and shown to our room.the room was small but ok.however the room lacked a flat screen and also only 2-3 English channels with the broadcasting quality very poor.they provided no toothbrush or toothpaste to us for which I had to go out to buy it. breakfast was no good.very few options and they had no Muslim menu at all.the taste was also not so good of the American breakfast. But location is good and if you can plan to eat outside it is a good option as there are many Muslim and other country eateries nearby.but at the price provided by hotels.com it is indeed a good choice.

I'm kinda disappointed this time as usually I used to stay in APK Resort & Spa for every time my visit to Phuket, at least 3-4 times a year. And this time 13-17 April, I invited a group of my friend around 17-18 ppl which all booked under APK. Unfortunately, the rooms is overbooked and few rooms has to moved to The Three APK which is 10-15minutes away by walking distance ( Of course the location is far from Bangla Road compare to the original hotel we've booked ). There's no compliment for the guest even no one inform us in advance and caused inconvenience to us but the front desk ( forgotten the name ) are very friendly and patient assist in check in and understand she can't do anything since it's overbooked but at least she ordered a bottle of beer as compliment to me. It's just about customer service even just a bottle of beer.

Hadde en grei opplevelse på dette hotellet. Grei kundeservice. Flott badebasseng, men mangler bar ved bassenget. Fin restaurant med god mat. Hotellets beliggenhet var ganske bra. 5min å gå til kjøpesenteret Jungceylon og 15min å gå til Bangla

don't believe all the reviews
despite the many negative reviews I had no problems. yes, there are 2 or 3 different apk hotels that can cause confusion, but that it the punters fault, not the hotel. I stayed at the resort and spa, and had the room with the spa on the balcony. room 5701 to be exact. the room was clean, and we'll appointed. No it's not 5 star, but it never claimed to be. my only fault was the toilet didn't self fill. But after mentioning it to staff it was fixed immediately and the water pressure was fixed as well. the breakfast is average but ok, and it's in the restaurant near the main road. there is a 1000 baht deposit. But that's not a huge issue. I would say the hotel is more suited to family's or couples rather than singles, but I could be wrong. I enjoyed the hotel and would stay again. I also found the staff very friendly and their English was pretty good. much better than my thai ;-)
