« The ocean views and the pool in the backyard are indescribable. We woke up to watch the sunrise every morning. The house itself could use a little updating and repair, but was comfortable enough for our stay. There are wonderful restaurants very close by. We loved "living like a local" for a month. Aida and her team made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to respond to any issues. I would gladly come back for another month! »

« This is a wonderful place to stay. The inside of the house was clean, functional, and attractive, but it was really the outside of the house that we loved so much. There are several places outside you can hang out and enjoy the gardens and relax. We enjoyed the food at Calixto just around the corner. The Kiosks were alive with music and karaoke our first night. Pete and Liamm were excellent hosts. If we come back to Puerto Rico, we would love to stay here again! »

« The house is comfortable, its location at the corner allows you to enjoy the ocean breeze all the time, and you will not need AC during the day. It has a nice area outside to hang out or to enjoy a BBQ and the neighborhood is very quiet. The property manager lives nearby and he is very responsive if you need anything. Loved this place. »

« The property was beautiful. The owner and his property manager were quick to help when the power went out. They got the generator up and running and a small portable ac unit to help cool it down. When the power came back on their electrician came right out and reconnected everything. The rubber mat put in the tub combined with the low spot made for an unpleasant stand on dirty mat and dirty water from other users and yourself. « Spacious, comfortable and beachside. Our young children enjoyed the backyard pool and it's small waterfall. The Children's Museum in Old San Juan was a hit. Best day was spent snorkeling and swimming with the sea turtles on a private 4 hour boat with Carlos of Encanto Boat Tours. I do recommend booking excursions well in advance. We hesitated because of the forecasts and that was a mistake. You can book and then cancel 24 hours before if the forecast is bad. »

« The house was spacious and clean, more than enough room for our family of three. It could’ve easily accommodated more. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were nice. The pool area was very nice with an extra half bathroom outside. The host was welcoming, attentive and provided everything that you would ever need to be on vacation from beach towels to coolers, sunblock, water shoes, food, cooking supplies and even a complementary gift basket. »

« We had a wonderful time and would happily return. Host Jose and family went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We wanted to be away from touristy areas and stay in a local neighborhood and we loved it. Kids loved the pool, extra room, pool, hammock and other activities in yard. »
