« This hotel is not really a 5 star more like a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old especially the bathroom it's not the level of Shangri la hotel we were quite disappointed. And it's situated in a big mall so there's a lot of people and a lot of noise. And it's way too expensive. The positif thing is the gym and a great breakfast »

« The staff were accommodating and respectful. The entire place was spotless and we had everything we needed. The place is also secure - there were guards who checks everyone who goes in and out of the building. Guests could only come up with your permission. There was also parking available for free for your visitors, they just need to get a car pass. »
