If you’re a local don’t try to stay here. They apparently don’t rent rooms out to locals which SHOULD BE POSTED IN THE LISTING.

No problems with staff. Hotel and rooms were somewhat run down and not very clean. Smoke alarm in our room was hanging off the wall. Had to go pick up clean towels our second night and was told most of the cleaning staff did not show up. They did offer a nice breakfast.

It was normal for the price Desk manager was super nice. ROOM was not cleaned had to get another room. Guessing not enough help as he said that there were 5 room he had to replace for other customers.

Rooms need to be updated
Staff is very friendly but the rooms were not up to par. Paint was peeling off, the rooms were small, it had an “old” smell, the bathroom was not cleaned good meaning the toilet was still dirty. The bath tub looked like it was never scrubbed or cleaned or hasn’t been in a long time. The pool was okay. The breakfast was not that good because the biscuits were rock hard. The sausage was hard. I wouldn’t want my family staying here again. Great friendly staff but the rooms do need to be cleaned better and maybe updated.

Room bathroom ceiling was falling. My wife was in the shower and had a piece hit her in head. Walls were starting to show mold.

Did not replace towels that we took a shower with and was questioned when asked for more towels for the second day. Shower was dirty, mirror and sink were dirty, pool needs redone. Beds are uncomfortable and box springs are stained and nasty. Carpets are sticky. Second morning breakfast was cold. Definitely not up to the standards of any other Quality Inn I've stayed at. Had a bus load of middle school wrestlers that had room booked and the guy who claimed to be the boss didn't even know how to look up their reservation and kicked them out for HIS mistake and his mismanagement.

$150 hold for incidentals. 5 days later still waiting for hold to be lifted on my deposit. No ice machines. Day staff told me "Hey, I just work here". Complete and total disappointment.

It was affordable and clean and easy. The guy at the desk wa a cheerful and helpful but really could have used a shower - and was still working the next morning - same thing. The pool closed early due to confusion over the time change and I was sad I didn’t get to use it. The room had everything one needed. Some peeling paint in the bathroom, but again clean and well appointed.

Very dissatisfied
The hot water faucet leaked at the sink, the refrigerator was broken, it had mold and stunk, the tub had black hairs in it, and the toilet screeched when it was flushed. The walls were in dryer need of paint and the carpet had not been vacuumed. When the front desk was informed of the issues, I never got even a call from management.

Nice place but needs some TLC
It is a nice place but needs upgraded. Carpet felt sticky and partly peeled away from wall. The safe in the closet had a door that wouldn’t shut and kept the closet door from closing good. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay. Very convenient to our plans.

The GM checked me in. He was friendly and was able to give me advice on parking and getting around the area. Rooms are a place to sleep. Clean enough.

Everything in the room was sufficient if you’re looking for a bed and a shower (which I was). But there were a few things I was uncomfortable with. There was visible, months-old dust hanging in the vent in the bathroom. There was crust around the bathroom sink faucet. The shower curtain smelled mildewed. The bedroom wasn’t well dusted around the appliances. There was no outlet cover on the outlet that was behind the bedside table—which is a safety hazard. Also, the room, upon entry, smelled heavily of men’s cologne or, at the very least, heavily scented cleaner. Overall, this was a quiet, uneventful weeknight stay, but the hotel barely had any guests, either.

Door to room would not lock without slamming. Breakfast area was dirty and food was cold, dry out or empty. Took 3 days to figure out the issues withe mini refrigerator.

The room had not been cleaned properly, there were items left in the room and the bathroom floor was disgusting. It was unsafe as my room door would not latch closed and the stopper for the lock was barely holding onto the door. They ran out of breakfast food barely an hour into breakfast swrvice and nobody refilled the hot foods. Overall I was very disappointed with my stay.

This has to be the most disgusting hotel I've EVER stayed in. We found a pile of bloody tissues behind a chair and there was stuff all over the carpet along side both beds. The pillows were great.......thats about the only thing that was. STAY AWAY!!!

The room was filthy. Obviously not cleaned. Disgusting pee on toilet. Shower was scalding hot. The bed was horrible. My guest and I couldn't even fall asleep we were so uncomfortable. I want a refund. I requested that management call me, and they never did. I will never stay here again.

I was embarrased
I had my family in town for the weekend so I got a room for all of us. Our eye-rolling experience started as soon as I walked in. The beer cooler right by the check-in desk I knew this wasn't a family-friendly hotel. Went to the room and had two full beds instead of a queen which I suppose is my fault for not properly reading the description. The girls found an empty Budweiser case broken down and stuffed between the mattress and box springs. That was just the beginning. The toilet continuously ran unless you jiggled the handle, and the cable tv didn't work. The hot and cold were reversed on the sink. The beds were hard and all four of us are continuing to deal with back pain over a week later. Other guests allowing their children to run up and down screaming. That is not their issue I suppose. If I were working on the road I suppose this would have been ok but this is far from a family-friendly place. When my family comes back we will never stay there again.

It had a heated pool which was great. Staff very friendly. Good hot breakfast. Maintenance needs work. The entire faucet turned when turning water on. The emergency exit signs were hanging from wires.
