We came for an anniversary get away and it was an excellent location! Restaurant and bar were great! Good service all around! We had trouble in the night time, visiting with friends, we received a note under our door that we were being to loud for our neighbors liking. Mind you we were not at all raising our voices or parting just regular conversation. Walls at this establishment are very thin. They really should do something about this as this has been an issue in the past! We love visiting the Zermatt however this may be the last visit as this has become a reoccurring issue.

We stayed 1 night for our daughter's tournament in the morning. It was a great beautiful property with an amazing indoor/outdoor pools that were heated. We loved the location to the small town and convenience. We will be back to spend a weekend so we can really enjoy the resort.

The area of the hotel they placed us was under construction. There was no carpet in the halls and the walls were taped for painting. Hallway furniture was piled in one area. Staff was direct and unfriendly. Us as guests were an inconvenience.

Close to wasatch recreation area and ice castles. Short drive into town (Midway) where we ate dinner. Swimming pool large and warm. Hot tub malfunctioning while we were there and lots of construction in our building- it wasn’t noisy, but smelled of paint and looked torn up in the halls. All the workers were kind. Staff was nice to allow us to move rooms due to paint fumes.

We were assigned a room where the hallway just outside the door was being renovated--drop cloths, tape, open paint buckets, crew of painters, etc. The entire property reeked of paint fumes. When I asked to switch rooms, the resort put us in a room with a nonworking oven (and the hallway still smelled). The pool was fun, and Midway is fantastic. But I can't recommend this resort.

I was a little disappointed that after what I paid they couldn't even provide a complimentary bottle of water or two. Also, there was no blanket or winter comforter on the bed, and no spare in the closet. I was very cold at night, and the thermostat would not go up past 72 F. This is a great resort but little things like this made my stay so so

Great property half the price of Park City. Restaurants and bakery/Starbucks on site. Olivia is outstanding in the coffee shop! Pool/hotubs were warm and clean. The room was clean with ample toiletries and towels. The buildings were quiet and thevstaff was friendly. . Will definitely stay again. 5 minutes from Snowmobiling. 5 minutes from tubing. 15 minutes from Park city.

This was a nice resort. However, my phone in my room was not working properly. The staff were friendly, but there are no real breakfast options at the resort.

This is a beautiful resort, in a beautiful location! The rooms are definitely older and outdated but the beds are very comfortable and the hotel has a very cute charm. We ate at the steakhouse and it was so delicious, very good food.

The property is big and it is taken care of, but there is nowhere to buy things to eat nearby and the coffee shop is only open until 2 pm. On top the only restaurant is not open Mondays and Tuesdays and if you don’t want to drive to town, you are left with only vending machines. There should be at least one place to buy food since it is such a big resort. Other then that the pool is super, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Zermatt is clean and comfortable and provides lots of room and facilities to either recreate or relax. Large gym, great warm pool and comfortable jacuzzi. The Lobby Lounge is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail and a bbq sandwich or eggroles. We’ll definitely be back.

Overall nice place but definitely not the resort experience I was expecting. It wasn’t booked full yet we were placed in a building with ongoing construction. There were limited amenities and no real spa to speak of. Advertised as a family friendly resort yet families were turned away from the only open dining area due to the bar and their children’s presence. No microwave or mini fridge which made it difficult due to the holiday and business closures. Disappointed in the experience as a whole.

Stayed one night for my birthday with my husband in a penthouse suite. Woke up in morning to shower & the water was luke warm, so I got in thinking it would warm up. Water turned ice cold. Immediately got out, husband contacted front desk and was told we could shower by the pool. Went in person and was told they would send someone up; husband said I was already getting dressed as we had breakfast reservations. Workers barged in while I was brushing my teeth, opened up ceiling panels, leaking water everywhere. I had to get ready on the couch because there were 2 men with a ladder in the bathroom. Finally front desk called and offered another room to shower in, almost an hour after we first notified them.We were there for 1 night in a penthouse suite & couldn't even shower or have privacy.They could've checked the problem once we were gone. Person at front desk & provided these amazing options said she was the assistant manager; didnt get her name. She did write down a phone number of a manager, but called and haven't heard back yet. Was optimistic about the place, but ended up disappointed my birthday weekend went the way it did for our 1 night stay.

We had a great time. And the staff went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. They were doing work on the pool and hot tub so those were closed. I’m not sure why they picked around a holiday to do that but that was the only thing we didn’t like. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for four 4 nights. The garbage bags were so thin they were breaking during use, then sat the garbage outside the door to be picked up and no one did, so had to put in garbage myself. No towels or kitchen cloths to wipe down anything.

Great Theme and Amenities
Love the Swiss theme, the warm fireplace in the lobby, the cute Christmas decorations, the mini golf, and the pool and hot tub. Only room for improvement would be better insulation and soundproofing between adjoining rooms as we were on the other side of the wall from some talkative people (not in our party- that's just the room we were given). We loved our stay and will be back!

We like to go in the fall with all the leafs changing colors. This time the TV remote did not work, missing a battery, tried calling front desk but that was worthless. It said I was number 2 in the que but it went from wait time 2 minutes to 15 minutes. Did the call back but never got a call back. Went to front desk and it was busy so it was very frustrating. The pool was over crowded and kids throwing balls disturbing everyone around them. There was a pool attendant but I think she was just there for the towels. My daughter with special needs got hit in the face so we left. Honestly I did not enjoy my stay this time

Our first room had bugs crawling all over the walls. There were gross cobwebs all over that were full of bugs. The furniture had gouges in the wood and the bed had a broken leg. We asked for a different room and it did not have the same bug problem, but it did have gross stains all over the carpet. Also there is a surprise $80 dollar additional charge when you check in.

Hello Darrell:Thank you for offering a review of your recent stay. I am sorry we were not able to meet your expectations. Please accept my apologies. Due to our location, during the spring and fall, we do experience an influx of box elder bugs. They love the surrounding trees and for some reason want to be a guest of the hotel as well. Although, our pest control company mitigates the issue as much as they can, we still tend to have the unwanted visitors. As for the 80.00, he only additional charges you may have upon check in is the resort fee of 25.00 per day plus tax as well as we hold 50.00 per day for incidentals which we fully refund upon check out.
