Hello Darrell:Thank you for offering a review of your recent stay. I am sorry we were not able to meet your expectations. Please accept my apologies. Due to our location, during the spring and fall, we do experience an influx of box elder bugs. They love the surrounding trees and for some reason want to be a guest of the hotel as well. Although, our pest control company mitigates the issue as much as they can, we still tend to have the unwanted visitors. As for the 80.00, he only additional charges you may have upon check in is the resort fee of 25.00 per day plus tax as well as we hold 50.00 per day for incidentals which we fully refund upon check out. I will check with the front office team to confirm that is what you were charged upon check in. Thank you again for your feedback.
