this might be the best service you could ever find in a hotel . Staff is very friendly and helpful and some learned my name the first day. They responded to room service calls usually within 5 minutes...always with a smile and great attitude! Outstanding food in the restaurant as well Cant wait to return!

Stayed at the Hirsch for late Spring ski trip so pretty quiet time for the Deer Valley area. Room was clean and quite nice (old building) and staff was extremely nice - kind of think they were a little bored…. Super handy to Silver Lake lodge and lifts there. Rental shops and a small handful of stores (Coles, Christy’s, DV store) have what you need. Pool area was very cool, but small hot tub I imagine could get crowded in busier times

Property is in an excellent location for ski-in-ski-out but the service was lacking and “activities” receive a D. Went to pool on rooftop after a day of skiing, no clean towels anywhere. Stacks of dirty towels all over the pool and jacuzzi area, sauna, etc. all guest kept asking for towels to any available hotel employee. Finally I had to go find housekeeping closet to find our own towels. No cups next to the empty water vessel. Serve s’mores at 5PM by pool, but ran out at 5:05PM and 3/4 of guests never received one. But waited for 40 minutest for them to restock, but they never came. Charge $50 for resort fee, but basically had no value. Room was big and spacious, but no extra blankets, sheets or pillows for couch bed. Hotel is beautiful, but there are many in the area. Will not stay here again.

Excellent location and wonderful views. Convenient for "ski in/ski out" and access to Silver Lake area for shopping. Hotel was super clean despite record snow fall and a few ceiling leaks. Staff was generally nice...we did have an issue with an odor in our suite coming from another but the service staff was able to quickly manage it. Overall great experience and stay and would love to stay again...the rooftop pool/hot tub were a huge plus after a day on the slopes!

The hotel is beautiful but the TV service was out for 3 of the days and with very little to do around the area without traveling to town that was a little frustrating. It’s very convenient to the slopes and the on mountain ski storage was great. The staff was very nice especially the ski locker folks and ski butlers.

Beautiful interior. 10 employees to 1 guest, and 1 of them will speak good enough English to understand what you need. Rooms are set to AC during winter. The hotel is a maze without signs, not intuitive.

Fantastic property that is new, clean, has 5 star service with very attentive guests that knew my name when I came thru the lobby. Austrian restaurant on the “INN” site is fantastic. The rooms on the Austrian/Swiss style Inn side is amazing. Feels like Switzerland. Great location of hotel right next to ski lifts.

I liked the Swiss atmosphere. The Swiss inspired restaurant with cheese fondue hit the spit on a cool summer night. There are a few things I would recommend changing: a) the bedside clock is way too bright at night b) the air conditioner is noisy c) the bedding is more year round and should be lightened for summertime

Hotel and amenities are terrific but service quality is almost "terrible" or "non existent". It felt as if the hotel was being managed by a couple of teens with no hospitality management training or experience.

Beautiful property. I stayed at the newer wing. Rooms are outstanding. The lounge area is very inviting. Service top. Location perfect next to slopes. Valet service for skis very useful. Restaurant in the Inn top quality. Great bar as well. Overall one of the top 3 properties I have stayed in Deer Valley.

W Verbier it ain’t!
Totally unstaffed and ignorant of basic hotel protocol. Can’t believe they taut themselves as luxury hotel. Auberge properties are famous for first class operations and they have their work cut out for them with this management. Food service is bad news and if COVID is a concern no one there has masks or is concerned. Got Covid 3 days after leaving!!

Overall we loved this place. It would totally be a 5 star but I think they are still missing some things. Their food service lacked choices. What they offer for breakfast is such a limited menu that they don’t offer fresh fruit like bananas or yogurt. They don’t have a mini store or boutique to buy anything. The rooms don’t have any water bottles upon arriving so if their cafe area is closed then you have to drive to a store to get anything. The room was amazing and comfortable. Beautiful and well decorated. Super clean since it’s a new/renovated hotel. It didn’t have a fridge stocked up with goodies like a four/five star hotel would. So you have to bring your own. But you do get a mini kitchen area with fridge, plenty cabinets, microwave and sink. The bathroom was spacious and the shower has a steam option! Now, the restaurant that’s attached to the building was incredible. The menu and food quality was superb and delicious. Wine list was great and service was wonderful! The staff at the hotel are very helpful and attentive. The location was great as it’s quiet and safe. On the second floor there’s the lounge area and it’s huge and cozy. I had a meeting there and it was perfect because it’s quiet. As a runner it’s a bonus being right by the trail. I was able to do a point to print 13.5 mile run!
