« Hi there, the floors in the hotel, all areas I saw were dirty. meaning that there was accumulated dirt where the ceiling meets the floor without exception: elevator, hallways, breakfast area, room. (I couldn't tell on the carpeted areas, but ALL hard surfaces). Also, the bathroom had to be cleaned. »

« Very noisy, we could hear the neighbors tv people in the hall and every time a door opened or closed. If you are a heavy sleeper you might be okay. The beds were comfortable, the staff very nice and it was clean. »

« I have been coming here since I was a kid, so roughly 20 years. It’s always a great stay with friendly staff and great amenities. My only complaint is the condition of the room was not perfect. The floors are starting to age severely and the bathtub/shower needs to be scrubbed. All other areas were great as usual and the staff has really made improvements on keeping the entire hotel a quiet and safe place for families. »

« Decent price. Clean rooms. Pool had a funky sewer smell. We avoided it. Some room locks need to be replaced as key cards didn't work on many occasions and had to be re-magnitized. Bread and bagels available for breakfast but the hotel had no toaster... what the hell ? »
