« Overall our stay at Beach baby was great. The place is accurately advertised and the proximity to the beach fantastic. The only thing i might suggest is that the host not scimp on toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, or diswasher pods. For the cost of the stay its a small convenience to offer guests. They warn you ahead of time to bring these things bit we have stayed many times in PCB and these were just a given while staying in a vrbo home. The staff was very responsive to any problem that...

« We stayed with a large group at the house and it was awesome, everything you can expect from a beach house: Great location, Great House, Great Hospitality. The house slept our 21 people extremely comfortably pretty much a room for every couple. The house had some very minor issues when we arrived and Bob and the ECDI staff were very prompt to correct them and make our stay awesome. If you have a large group this is the place for you! « Good location. Clean and roomy. Condo complex across street had jack hammering starting at 8am. Semi trucks offloading materials parked in front of house, had to get them to move in order to get out of driveway. Grass looks like it hasn't been cut in weeks. For a property that advertised for up to 11 people, doesn't have enough flatware or towels. House has great layout and we would rent it again, but the manager needs to take better care of the property and the noise level will be much better...
