Check in was at 4 we were told they were still cleaning the room and it would be at least an hour before we could check in. Once we got into our room it clearly had not been cleaned as there was food still on the bedside tables. There was only 1 towel in the bathroom and the floors were so dirty our white socks were black after about 5 mins in the room. Large gaps under the doors to the room resulted in our room flooding when it rained and when we had to walk next door as the desk in the lobby was not staffed we were told yeah that happens. Not to mention the fact they charged us more than what the Expedia book stated. We booked 4 months in advance! We asked to speak to a manager and was told they don’t have one on the premises. We asked for one to call us and have yet to hear anything other than when we call one is not there. The beach was very clean but definitely will not stay at this property again.

Room was not clean at all, had to buy cleaning supplies and clean bathroom myself. The room was infested with bugs stay was horrible. Definitely not a resort at all. I will never stay at this property again.

Location was good. Coffee in the libby was excellent. The room was spacious. Mattress needed a topper. One of the mattress pads had a dark, dried, fluid looking stain. Not one full length mirror to be found. Bathroom was small and dated, with extremely dim lighting.The balcony needed a serious cleaning.

The property is in a very good place, the facilities lack a little more maintenance, the toilet never did it in the room during the 4 days of stay, the bathroom very nice, easy parking area, promise to have laundry when they do not have it, you have to go to the hotel right away to wash your clothes if you want.

This is a great place to stay. Karen at the front desk was GREAT! We had a full kitchen, beautiful view of the gulf from our balcony, and could walk around easily. We will definitely stay here again.

The coffee pot still had last person's coffee and filter in it. No coffee items placed for our stay. For being a full kitchen, there was NO plates, glasses, cups only 1 knife and spoon, and 1 cooking pot. Very poor!! There was NO shower curtain, so we had to uae all the towels for all the water everywhere. Once we showered and were leaving for dinner, we informed the front desk. She gave us new towels. There was a curtain on the counter when we came back. So we had to install it. The floors were so filthy, that we constantly had to wash our black feet. They should offer a free contential breakfast too, like most hotels do. We have stayed here last year, but we won't ever be coming back.

Well we have been coming there for 4 yrs and our room didn't have a coffee maker like always, we asked for one never got it, a stff member came into our room while we were on the balcony. And when brought to there attention they bushed it off, when we checked out they were going over the problems with the second floors locking system and funny because that's the floor we stayed on

Stayed for 5 nights! I really liked this property. Staff was amazing and room was ready when we arrived. Would definitely reccomend! Wasn’t very crowded, quiet at night time, and good view of beach!!

It is not the best looking property. It’s ran down and need updates. However, we were grateful it was right on the beach for the low price we paid to stay there. It had a full service kitchen and we appreciate that because it saved us on food. We cooked instead of spending extra money on restaurants. Our last visit to PCB, we spent a lot on food and it was not to our standard. We’re use to a better cuisine in NOLA. The stuff was attentive and showed great customer service. I would stay there again due to the convenience and price.

The appliances was old. Need to be updated. No iron board covers. Smell in the room. There should not be a a Resort fee. The property did not meet my expectations at all.

Rooms have had old and broken mattresses, and we were experiencing bedbugs as well. Customer service was bad and unprofessional staffs. The hotel looks nice outside, but inside was out of dated.

The only thing good about the Beachtower Beachfront hotel was the ocean view from my room. Everything else was poor. The heater didn't work and it got down to 42 degrees with the wind howling outside my door. The sink drain was broken and didn't drain. There were no cups for water or coffee. The digital clock had not been changed to Daylight Saving Time (over 2 weeeks ago). The bed was hard and lumpy.

No one at check in counter for majority of our stay. Only received one sheet on the bed. Wish it was a bit cleaner. It was quieter and great location ! Parking was easy and beach is very nice but could be fixed up a bit!

The property didn’t have staff to keep up the hotel had to go next door and they were rude had to wait for my room until after 5pm and didn’t get the room we booked was charged extra fees here while they had other guests smoking all around the property overall would not stay or recommend for nobody the only thing nice about this place was the maintenance lady and the receptionist Karen

Beautiful view! Close to the pier, we were lucky enough we were able to check in early. No issues with the room. I would recommend if this location isn’t going to be staffed regularly to make it known prior to arrival you may have to walk next door to check In. I would stay again.

It is an old, unkept hotel. We stayed for 10 days and had to clean our own room & get more supplies at the desk as they stated they did not have enough staff. Had a nice view on the balcony but could smell pot, cigarettes on a daily basis while sitting on the balcony. Guests slamming doors in middle of night. Elevator sketchy. This place is in desperate need of good management.

Beach Tower beachfront hotel by the sea, is the absolute nastiest, run down piece of junk, that I have ever checked into in my life! Do you have to check in at a different hotel, and once you get to beach tower, you realize the place is practically abandoned. Nasty, got dated, and hasn't been remodeled in years and years! None of the amenities listed online were actually part of the hotel. None of the doors worked, and the pool was nasty as well. I asked for a manager and they said they didn't come in until like 10:30 a.m. the next day.. they tried to move me to another room, and it had not even been cleaned. It smells like a dog house, and was even nastier than the first room. The place is a total Nightmare!! The pictures I took of it inside and out will turn your stomach. It needs demolished, or burn to the ground!!

After 2 trips to office, because key dont work the maintaince opened the door to a room that wasnt even made up. Nothing but sheets on beds, i like some sort of blanket, even a thin one would be nice! I will NOT ever stay here again!!!!!!

The room was a lil ran down. No blankets on the bed half cleaned and coffee pot was filthy and full of mildew. Rooms could use a nice update. Nice beach view
