In general I had a plesant stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The rooms neat and clean. Two rather specific negatives - (i) the loud 'muzak' over breakfast was annoying, and (ii) the Peleton bikes in the gym are great but essentially useless unless you already have a pre-existing subscription.

Very stuffy inside of the hotel lobby. The air conditioner in my room was not working properly. Seemed like the entire building had a problem with the A/C Not good especially when it’s over 80 degrees outside.

I booked this hotel for the amazing pool. Booked with other people and we booked rooms that opened up to the pool. We booked weeks in advance. Up on checkin we were told the pool was out of order and had been for some time. It would be been nice if we were contacted and informed. We had very disappointed children. And then the charge for parking was a surprise! Are hotels really charging people to park now??? No wonder the hotel and parking lot were empty. Now our room was nice and what I expected for the price. I'm just really upset about the pool especially as I drove 6 hours for my kids to be able to play in it! They did compensate me with a free breakfast and some drinks. But that didn't really help much. It was a nice gesture (that I asked for). But get the pool fixed... Having a bunch of kids drooling over a pool was incredibly hard!

Just okay. Check-in was slow, even though I was the only one in line. AC/Heater in the room didn't work as well as it should. Vents needed to be cleaned. Room smelled. Iron leaks. Was not aware that they now charge for parking until I checked out and asked for receipt. Have stayed here 3 other times in the past years and enjoyed it, but now property and service is not what it used to be:(

Great stay
Nice stay for 1 night. Excellent breakfast, friendly check in. We requested a room with parking outside our door. That suited us better than a room in the tower.

HUGE hotel….if you’re staying with friends be sure to request nearby rooms. Makeup mirror in our bathroom but not our neighbors. Very comfy king bed! Came for Joe Sharino’s last public gig!

This property is in need of a little reno: a new elliptical fitness machine for the workout room; solar heating to make the pool and hot tub warm, not just something to look at; cleaning products with essential oil or other natural aroma; functional printers in the business center; attention to air quality in the guest rooms and repair of heating system... Otherwise I will likely always be a return customer!

Overall the stay was nice, but it’s obvious they’re not taking care of parts of the property. Some doors creaked and stuck, and the door to our fridge area fell off. Also our neighbor was smoking weed outside near the pool area, so we couldn’t enjoy our patio. Probably won’t stay here again if we had to be in the Palo Alto area.
