Très bien situé, un peu en retrait de la route, ce qui le rend très calme, avec l centre ville à cinq minutes à pied

Bien sauf le ménage mal fait
Situé sur la bien nommée Broadway avenue, le motel présente des chambres sur 2 niveaux. Accueil sympa, nous avons eu un studio répondant à nos critères. Celui était confortable. A noter la cuisine séparée et les wc également. Ce motel serait excellent s il ne pèchait pas par son manque de rigueur vis a vis du ménage. Nous avons relevé des lacunes dès notre arrivée : cuisine sale, toiles d araignées dans les recoins,... Et ceux ci ont perduré tout au long de notre séjour, il a fallu insister pour obtenir que les poubelles soient vidées. Au final c est regrettable car vraiment ce motel a des qualités. Nous y reviendrons sûrement pour voir si le management de l équipe de ménage évolue dans le bon sens.

I was in a business trip and the staff could not have been more helpful. It was an inexpensive but not cheap option and while a little dated, was more than good enough for me.

When I rang them if we can check in early, they advised me that our booking was cancelled, without me knowing.The app still say booking confirmed and no emails or phone called received regarding the cancellation. I have 2 teenagers competing at PACANZ and all motels were full. I have to ring everyone I know if they know someone who lives at Palmy if we can sleep at their place for 2 nights and lucky we did otherwise we will be on the streets. If there was no competition it would of been easy to find a place to stay but that night was one of my scariest night, finding a place to stay for the nx 2 days. I was in a lot of stressed. According to the hotel we stayed for the first night it’s motel/hotel policy to find you a place if they cancelled on you.

It is centrally located and staff werebvery friendly and helpful. I found the carpark a bit tight for parking as it was a small carpark.

Lovely place and would definitely stay here again. Close to town. All the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The floor in the shower gets very slippery when wet. The pillows were too small, felt like you had nothing under your head. Constantly running tap but to be fair as soon as they knew about it they were going to call the plumber.

Owners home which was visible from reception was filthy and smelt. Face cloth had been used as painting cloth and was covered in white paint. No spoons in room for kids cereal, shabby mats at door and terrible pillows with no extras. Room itself was clean enough. Overall a really disappointing stay and so not worth $500+ that we paid. Not recommended.

Location was great. Motel needs a bit of tied up as in the cold tap needs a washer, more towel rails would be good. For one night was fine.

Wow how fantastic and helpful Edward has been. He has bent over backwards to help our families during our hours of need. Clean and tidy place would recommended to anyone.

Nice budget property in Palmerston North, clean and tidy though not many parks if the place was full as a few of them are rented to the business next door - lucky we were able to get a park. Close to town. Would stay here again for the price.

Basic room. Just a couple of issues. The bathroom tap dripped unless you turn it off very forcefully (which our children couldn't do). Also there was a window between the bedroom and the rest of the unit and it had blinds but they didn't close properly. I found the bed comfortable. Very central location.

I love staying here as it is so close to cafes & restaurants. I also love the fact that they provide all of the Sky Channels. This is important when on my own traveling for business

Staff were friendly and offered advice when requested. Biggest downside is there isn’t enough car parks for one per room. Best point - the shower pressure was great, better than what we have at home.

I had stayed here previously and loved it, so I wanted to return. This time was very different. ?? New management?? Something has definately changed. Very dirty and generally uncomfortable. Shame to see how much this place has gone downhill.

This is an old motel but was ok value for the price. No body wash in shower dispenser but there were small cakes of soap available. Small heater was only just adequate. Guy at the front desk was very helpful and made sure there was a car park available when we came back from dining out as carpark can get congested, Was handy to CBD and the hospital where we had an appointment.

There appears to be a family staying here permanently. My first time staying here I was on the other block to them but could see they were up and down the steps all night and very active. Last night I was roomed right next to them. Activity carried on till 2.30 am which for a working contractor was a disaster for me. I can understand the attraction from motel management to have long term tenants but affecting other guests in this way will stop me from returning.
