The staff is 10 out of 10! The property is also a 10 out of 10. I checked out the Courtyard and the DoubleTree in Palmdale but the Embassy Suites blows them away in every measurement. The manager Ramy, is doing an excellent job!

Got charged a parking fee and i didnt have a vehicles so no clue why i was charged a parking fee for nolaving no vehicles on the property.

Rooms are excellent and beds very comfortable. Its nice to have a full breakfast as part of the room charge. There's nothing immediately nearby this property but plenty of places a short drive away.

I loved the complimentary breakfast. It is definitely a different level than other 3 stars hotels. It’s like all you can eat breakfast at a Dennis kind of restaurant. Plus, you have 2 complimentary drinks your first night. It’s a treat.

We arrived to our room only to find cockroach in the bathroom floor . We immediately notified front desk they kindly moved us to a different room yet that one smelled old and moldy. The roof and bathroom had dark stains . They are refunding me the room since I left the hotel due to having autoimmune disease

The property was nice and well kept. The staff was polite, courteous, & attentive. We went to go swimming and enjoy the spa . But wasn’t able to the spa was not working at all so we were cold . We did not enjoy our time at the pool which was the sole purpose of our visit. Would not be returning because the spa seems to always be down . I have experienced this before here. So I feel as if I waisted my time and money.

beautiful space, wrong time. seems like the hotel for the younger generation, as there were several hotel parties happening at once, a major event happening for a birthday celebration in the main hall area, and the parking lot, which we are charged to park in, per night, was over loaded. Perhaps i have been spoiled by large, quiet suites, and gotten lucky on timing in the past, but it was just overly loud. Drunk People fighting and hollering in the hallways.. people bringing trash out to the elevator lobby, overflowing trash cans and leaving trash all over the floor. Needless to say, i was ready to go when check out time came. I dont see myself returning to this embassy suites again, unfortunately.
