Attention si vous vous attendez à des prestations 4*. Au mieux je dirais 3. En dehors du hall d’entrée qui donne bonne impression, tout le reste est très mal entretenu. La plage autour de la piscine était délabrée, un transat sur 2 était cassé, il n’y avait qu’une dizaine de parasols pour tout l’hôtel alors qu’il faisait + de 40deg. La chambre était correcte. Le mobilier de la sdb était cassé et très mal entretenu. Le seul point positif était le pdj qui était de bonne qualité. Bref nous sommes partis après la 1ere nuit au lieu des 3 prévus. Si vous voulez des prestations dignes d’un 4*, passez votre chemin.

Pool staff at entrance of the pool was incredibly rude. I could see many pool floaties from the window on the 3rd floor looking down to the pool so I brought mine down too. I was told I couldn’t have it. I said to look behind them at the 20 currently being used & he proceeded to tell me I couldn’t have mine. I ignored him & walked in anyway bc obviously people were allowed to use them. My kids & I have severe life threatening allergies so we bring our own food wherever we go. Many guests were eating their own food as well inside the pool area. The first day was fine. The second day I was harassed by the same staff who told only me that I couldn’t have my pool floatie. He told me outside food wasn’t allowed. I told him I have allergies and he said that was the policy. I went past him & sat down in a lounge chair to eat. Security came and told me I had to eat outside the gated area. This was so embarrassing to be singled out when literally right next to me a family was eating Jersey Mike’s. After that they started going through all guests bags prior to entering the pool area. Very discriminatory to people with disabilities & allergies. The pool lounge chairs are about 30 years old & so worn out that they sagged and had rips. They didn’t have very many and all were taken by 10am. I guess they want to force guests to spend even more money on the cabanas. For $358 a night I was harassed and discriminated against. I overheard a guest say they got food poisoning from the hotelfood

Clean, organized, mellow (which should be table stakes) so no complaints. Front desk tried to get me on a specific floor, which was much appreciated. Only bummer is that I had expected an option to upgrade or get late check out due to my Marriott and also Expedia status.

Service is excellent and staff are all polite. However, the a/c tends to be loud that it wakes you up when it kicks-in at night.

I stayed at the Renaissance because I thought they had a Steam room. It said they do in the Amenities. they did not have one. Also, I thought $35 a night for Self Park was ridiculous. I don’t like it when a place nickel and dimes you to death every time you turn around. I felt like that’s what they did during my stay. Everyone was very nice but all the add-ons that I found out about when I checked out left me with a negative vibe.

I actually love this property and most likely will come back however I was disappointed in the beds. My mattress was so old that when you Get in the bed you automatically roll to the center. I felt like I was literally sleeping in a bowl Which is disappointing because Marriotts have a reputation for having very Nice beds and bedding.

I was in room 1328 and barely slept !! The Air conditioner cover kept falling off and it sounded like a diesel!! The actual thermostat was coming off the wall as well and last but not least the water in shower in the morning wouldn’t evacuate the tub. Very disappointed

We paid extra for breakfast included and a pool view and got neither. Bathroom floor was dirty and ran out of facial tissue. No place for folding clothes. Dirty towels not removed. Coffee service not replenished. Breakfast buffet was poor quality. Liquid body wash detached from wall and fell in tub. Pool lounge chairs uncomfortable. Carpets and furniture in lobby and by pool were dirty. Staff was pleasant and non alcoholic drinks were free.

Great location. Great pool. However, not enough outlets in the room. My husband and I had to carefully plan when to charge our devices. No dresser with drawers and the hanging bar in the closet was so low, it wasn’t usable for long dresses. There was not a single garbage can on the property (except for the pool area), so if we had anything to throw out, we had to carry it all the way back to the room. Dinner is served by the bar. The menu was very limited, the food came cold, and we had to ask for cutlery, napkins, pen to sign the check …, in short, when you stay in a beautiful hotel like this, it is the small details that matter,

The only thing I didn't like is that for the price of the rooms, they should put two bottles of water in the room as a courtesy. There was no water or mini bar, it is a bit inconvenient to have to go get water after midnight until the reception, my room was far away.
