The positive: The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. Everyone that works there seems to be very nice. The negative: The facility is good, but for May, the pool was extremely warm. The pool bathrooms needed to be attended to more on the weekends. There was no toilet paper in all of the stalls. Our room needed to be updated. The bathtub was missing a large section of the porcelain in the tub, and there was mold growing outside of the shower.

Staff at the 5 o clock pool are rude, and they are just looking out for who is bringing outside drinks. I understand it’s business, however blaming someone for something they didn’t know is offensive and gets you in a hostile mood . The girls at the bar are rude and they find it hard to service anyone.

The staff was wonderful. It's 5'Oclock pool was nice, plenty of towels & lounge chairs. We ended up with the very end room on the edge of the property. I called about the toliet had a leak and kept having a LOUD noise when it came on. It didn't get fixed during our stay. Good thing we brought earplugs!!! The Spa & massage was wonderful. Property is very old and not well maintained. Found bugs and flies inside the room. Should do pest control regularly. The pool area was very nice. The food was great. The dining area was also very beautiful.

Getting around the resort was quite difficult. The shower wasn't working properly, the water was coming out from the bottom and the shower head.

We were excited to stay at this property as It looked beautiful in the photos. I called the resort prior to booking to confirm they have a crib (not playpen, a crib) and was informed yes. Upon arrival to the resort we requested a crib and told they only have playpens. The playpen was small for my child and extremely uncomfortable with little to no cushion. Our room had several stains on the bed frame, couch and blood on the curtain. The bathtub in our room drained so slow that the residue would just float up top. The staff at the property were lovely. Christopher at the bar and our waitress at the restaurant were lovely. The pool itself was whatever. Every time someone upstairs would flush their toilet it sounded like there was water pouring in the walls.

The room I stood in had a crack running down the middle of the room that looked like old water damage and smelled like mildew. The bathroom was pretty dirty (hair all over the place). The toilet barely flushed as well. I did notice that other buildings were being renovated so hopefully it’ll be renovated soon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was Prom night so there was about 100 minors that rented multiple rooms to party in. Security was out and about trying to maintain the minors. I didn’t go to Palm Springs to stay in the room so the condition of the room didn’t really matter.

Margaritaville is an older revamped hotel. The standard king rooms are clean, but older than the updated suites we saw. The pool and spa amenities were excellent. The food at the one restaurant has a delicious breakfast. Overall, I would only stay there again if someone else chose it for me.

I heard so many great things about this resort, however, very disappointed. AC in rooms do not work well. Pool area not clean, staff does not clean area throughout the day, the pool temperature was like bath water, pools were dirty, areas around the pools dirty, we had a cabana and they would not clean up empty bottles and area, it took forever to get service. Although our servers were super nice. I was not impressed and probably will not return.

Awesome place to say. Complementary bikes were amazing to have - located a block away from beautiful neighbourhoods and 8 min bike to downtown Both pools were amazing - only complaint was the heated pools were too hot come 3 pm in the desert ….. Will be back next year. For sure .

It was so relaxing and they had everything there so you didn’t have to be driving out! I just did not like the view that I got it, I tried to change it and they didn’t have anything else available for me. The view was really bad, make sure when you book that you get a pool view or at least the garden view.

The pool service was terrible, overcharged for items we did not order and pool bar staff decided to add their own tip to our bill without consent. Tried to address to check out staff in the morning which was not helpful, I was told to speak to pool staff. No manager was available & Quite difficult to contact a pool staff member the following morning when checking out.

Katherine is the most rude unprofessional person my grandma passed away and she didnt want to cancel so I had to ask a family member to send me a pic of my grandma dead on her bed because she didn’t believe me what a horrible lady we will never reserve a reservation or at all here don’t stay there this lady has a black heart

We had a back bedroom in building 4. Quite a distance from the lobby so be prepared to walk. Pool area was very nice and had the best service. We forgot a water bottle in the room and a cover up at the pool. We called, we completed a form on line twice! We called again and left messages and no one returned our messenges. Very disappointed. Rooms were clean and room service was really good. Just disappointed in response to our lost goods.

My pillows were purple and stains in the sheets and someone charged drinks to my room but overall my son had a good birthday so thank you
