Our records indicate that we made a sincere effort to accommodate you by providing you with the largest Deluxe Bungalow available, facilitating a room move, and providing you with an optional upgrade to our new Hermann Bungalows. Due to the holiday weekend, we experienced increased demand for on-site amenities. We always strive to uphold our resort policies, which include "Pool loungers and Cabanas are on a first come first serve basis. Placing items to save pool loungers or cabanas is not permitted. Items left unattended in the pool area for more than 20 minutes will be collected and placed in storage."Your satisfaction is very important to us, and for this reason, we will gladly share your feedback with the appropriate individuals.
