Nous reconnaissons également le besoin urgent d’amélioration de cette propriété et l’énorme potentiel de hausse. Et c'est pourquoi nous l'avons acheté. La famille qui était auparavant propriétaire de la propriété l'exploitait comme un motel Days Inn. Et a répondu aux besoins de ce segment de marché. Et nous voyons un avenir bien meilleurNous comprenons que cette propriété n’est pas encore ce qu’elle peut devenir. Il y a beaucoup de travail à faire et notre entreprise est préparée à cette tâche. Le Palm Coast Inn & Suites a de « bons os », il a moins de dix ans, un excellent emplacement et est désormais le seul établissement IHG entre St Augustine et Daytona.Je suis désolé que cette visite ne corresponde pas à tout ce que vous attendez d’IHG. Nous espérons que dans les mois à venir, vous nous offrirez une autre opportunité de répondre à vos besoins d'hébergement et de vous montrer à quel point un séjour à Palm Coast peut vraiment être agréable !

Hi Eddie, Thank you for taking the time to write. First things first...Your feelings are valid. Perhaps you have been hurt by previous vendors and are wary of it happening to you again. The way you've described last week's events paints our hotel in the light of using Bait&Switch tactics. As we assured you in person, and I assure you now, those sorts of low-brow tactics are the bane of our industry; the type we, and our parent company, InterContinental Hotels Group, work diligently to avoid. For the benefit of travelers who read this forum, we are obliged to provide the complete story.You booked at a third-party website. Our property did not receive your reservation from them on time (and you are aware of that).Instead of making you wait for the booking to download, we offered to book you a room at the daily rate and replace it with the booking you made at the third-party site when it arrived. And later that night, it did. When it was received, we mapped those terms to your booking, and you paid only the amount you originally agreed to.

As a person who has traveled alot over the last 14 years this was one of the worst experiences ive had. I have video, photos, proof of the property and lack of upkeep. After close to 32 minutes of waiting at the front desk, calling and walking around outside. I was able to get checked in. This is relevant due to the time wasted. I was exhausted and that was not what I needed.

I stayed for 3 nights, not once was my room Cleaned. I was staying by myself and was scared as there were men and woman in and out of the room across from me and were screaming until 4 in the morning. None of the staff asked them to quiet down. The room smelled like mold and mildew. I couldn’t wait to leave this facility.

We bought this property from a failing Days Inn a few months ago and are improving the property and building up staff as quickly as the business volume will allow. We hope you enjoyed seeing all the improvements in progress and the brand new paint that was recenlty completed!Until we can offer Stayover service, we offer Refresh upon Request. Call the Front Desk and we bring anything you need!We especially empathize that guests were noisy across the hall from your room. We pay particularly close attention to noise complaints and remove guests who refuse to be be considerate of Quiet Hours. Front Desk logs show that the Team was not advised of this issue during your stay. As one who completes numerous hotel stays, my [unsolicited] advice would be to inform the team members at Front Desk so they are aware and can offer a realtime solution. In my experience, they choose careers in hospitality because they love this work and are eager to please you.Bless you Amberlynn

Formerly a Days Inn. Everything needs renovating which they were starting but wasn't noted when I made my reservations. Carpets dirty & smelly. Toilet needed scrubbing unless it was too old. Water pressure in shower was very low. Bathroom vents not sufficient. TVs are outdated. Free breakfasts need improvements. Staff very nice.

We understand your concern and empathize with the experience you’ve described. We recognize this property’s urgent need for improvement and the tremendous upside-potential. And that is why we purchased it. The family who prev owned the property, operated it as a Days Inn motel. And served the needs of that market segment. And we see a much brighter future We understand that this property is not yet what it can become. There is much work to do, and our company is geared up for the task. The Palm Coast inn & Suites has “good bones”, less than ten years age, excellent location, and now, is the only IHG property between St Augustine and Daytona. I apologize that this visit was not everything you’ve come to expect from IHG. We hope that in the coming months, you will bless us with another opportunity to serve your lodging needs and to show you how good a stay in Palm Coast can truly be!
