« Great location. Beautiful, clean house with gorgeous view. Great for a big family or for four couples. Not comfortable for the elderly people for now, until the access to the beach is rebuilt. Everything we needed in the house for our stay was provided. Would be nice if a beach umbrella and beach chairs were available. The property caretaker was helpful when we had some questions. »

« This property has a beautiful 8.5ft deep pool right on the beach. There is a dollar store right across the street which is convenient! The rooms have Kitchen’s in them so if you’re on a budget this is an excellent place to stay. The staff were all very nice people. I felt safe staying at this hotel. I couldn’t hear my neighbors above or below me. It was very peaceful. »

« Thanks to the owners for making their lodge available to others. The house reminded my wife of the Florida family lake house where she grew up spending summers. It reminded me of my grandparents Florida Cracker ranch house. This place has character. We felt completely comfortable and at home. « Everyone wants different things...i wanted to be able to have a short walk to the beach, to see the ocean from the condo, and a pool in case the weather prevented swimming in the ocean for my girlfriend's 50th. Check, check, check. And that's harder to find than you'd think! Add in a very responsive host and a smooth check-in process (dont forget to use the code on the lock box, not the code panel), and this place is really hard to beat. We'll be back, for sure, the next time we're in the area....

« The house is great and the pictures represent the house and the view well. We had a wonderful time and the host was fantastic and super responsive when we had questions. Two "good to know" points I think should be made that I do not believe are listed in the description-- 1) The house is on a part of the beach that cars can drive on. « I was totally wowed by this VRBO condo! Check in and arrival was a breeze. Place was super clean and spacious. Had all the amenities you could ask for. Pool and Ormond beach access. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. The owner supplied beach towels, bath towels, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella and most all toiletries you would need for a beach visit! I really appreciated that all the rooms had fans to keep me cool. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend this VRBO and would definitely love to come back!...

« Great vacation for our family! The house was perfect & had tons on space along with everything described! It was in great location & the beachfront views & intercostal were amazing! Only issue was the walk down to beach was steep, but option to use the neighborhood’s walkway helped! We hope to stay there again! »

« This house is located in a very nice place, but it has its issues. Interior issues like moldy showers, paint peeling, rusty surfaces and worn out furniture are some examples. We were bummed to discover that hot tub was broken (that was not told to us at time of rental payment). The bedroom layout is WEIRD! If couples are expecting a romantic get away, this is not the place. NO privacy is available in any of the bedrooms. Then we had an unexpected visitor that spent several nights in the ground...
