Agréable nuit étape
le choix de cet Hötel était pour une nuit étape entre Niagara et new york. Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par le confort, la propreté et le service. La laverie mise à la disposition des clients est un vrai plus ainsi que la salle de sport.leseul petit bémol est le lit un peu mou, mais sinon, cette étape restera un très agréable souvenir

Très très agréablement surpris!!!
Très bon accueil de la gérante (Nancy) chambre propre lit géant et surtout confortable. chambre vraiment grande 70m2 pour 5 personnes. Petit déjeuné très bon et grand choix. Je le conseil vraiment pour un stop entre les chutes de Niagara et New York.

The property is located just off a major thoroughfare. The security around the hotel's parking lot is nonexistant.

we got a room with a river view, and we went barely a mile up the road for a wonderful dinner at MJ's Bar and Restaurant -- great place to stop for the night!

The location was convenient, the two at the front desk were really great, the room however was just ridiculously dirty, I have pictures if you’d like. There was dust hanging all over the wooden bed frame, terribly dirty on the floors between the nightstands, shower was dirty, fried had water all over the inside and big balls of dust on the top of door. Curtains were falling apart on top. I’m a big Best Western customer and was very disappointed with this one. You should be ashamed of yourself Best Western for not keeping up with your cleanliness!

Great Staff
The front desk staff was wonderful! The room could use a little TLC. The heating unit fell off the wall in the middle of the night and scared the daylights out of us! We propped it back in place and moved the ottoman over to keep it on the wall. The shower head doesn't totally come on. It leaks a stream of water that bounces off the tub spigot and floods the bathroom floor with water. The breakfast was great!

It’s a good alternative option when Ithaca hotel prices become ridiculously high! The property is an old building been renovated. The room is comfortable and nicely decorated. The only problem is the water drainage for both vanity sink and shower was very slow.

We'll stay here again
CLEAN, comfortable, spacious. We stayed three nights. Everything worked in the room. Housekeeping service was excellent. Our go-to hotel when we visit the area.

Very Dark yet flood lights off. Phone, stove and Fridge (kept leaching water) don't work well or not at all. Hallways smelled dank even w/fragrant. H2O fountain in exercise room doesn't work Hall bathroom was filthy so was Guest Laundry. Exercise room didnt close at 10pm and both tv's stayed On. Luggage carts aren't conducive to bubble grid out front. Back area (on river was cluttered with trash and rocks under the piles of leaves everywhere beg for accident. No shower chair provided as requested & although maintenance guy told me he's come fix my stove so I could cook the food I purchased when first arrived seeing it, that too didn't occur- Beware- test b4 you believe the pictures. Lobby & Eating Area are nice/clean too but bring your cleaning and sanitizing supplies. Don't mind its old- Old things last if taken care of - thats Not at this location! Some don't mind dirty & dank! BW is a franchise, individually owned. Some invest in upkeep to last, others just collect what they can then sell- You decide!

Best Western in Owego, NY
Room was dusty. Breakfast was mediocre for the price they charge. The hotel has potential, but they need to make it better.

The property needs updating, but most of all our room was dirty with cobwebs in the corner, and dust all around the lamps. The phone had not been wiped in some time. the drapes were covered in dust at the corners. We were very disappointed in the property that we chose after driving many hours to get there. The desk clerk was folding sheets at the desk. That's laid back!!

Dusty room, and dirty shower. Went for the free breakfast, no eggs, waited twenty minutes, then went back to the room to check out. This was me last stay at this BW.

Nice and comfortable
The hotel was overall very comfortable. The receptionist, Justin, was very helpful and helped quickly with some problems with A/C.He also recommened some restaurants for dinner The bed was clean and comfortable but the carpet could use a better cleaning, so could the toilet.
