Please note that we are part of a program called Wyndham Green and we usually only do a full bedding removal every 3 days, but if a guest requests an everyday full service we will oblige the guest. Thank you William for taking the time to review your stay. I went back and and investigated the issues that you had experienced during your stay. I did not find any torn furniture in the room you stayed in and the elevator had no problems at all. Now as for the smell of smoke, we can only apologize for other guests who do not adhere to our no smoking policy. Breakfast was indeed out and runs from 6-9am and consisted of, Belgium waffles, 4 types of oatmeal, 2 types of cereal, english muffins, bagels & cream cheese as well as yogurt and sweet rolls along with apple & orange juices, coffee & tea and hot cocoa. I will however say that the Hallway carpets do need a bit of TLC due to alot of foot traffic. Now you stated that you have stayed with us here for years and I want to Apologize that we let you down and I will definitely get a bit tougher on the Smoking issue as well as find a slower time to get our hallways clean. Please in the future with any hotel that you stay at, notify the Front Desk Staff members of your issues so that they can get those issues fixed for you right away. This would have made your 7 night stay with us more enjoyable. Best to address the issues while you are here not after you leave. Here at the Super 8 the entire Staff goes above and beyond to ensure all guests have a pleasant stay and I apologize sincerely that we let you down.

Ottawa has quite a few restaurants in the main part of town which is about a mile down the hill. Perhaps on your next visit you could explore the center of town.
