La vue est extraordinaire et que dire la chance de vivre et pouvoir marcher dans le vignoble est vraiment exceptionnel. En plus, tout est équipé pour manger sur place(B.B.Q. Cuisine central tout équipé. Excellent petit déjeuner.

This villa is beautiful. The lake and mountain views are lovely. The accommodations are nestled among the vineyards, providing excellent walking opportunities. Located just outside of town, it is peaceful yet easily accesses all of the local attractions and amenities.

We spent 2 days at the villa. The staff were always available if needed, but also left patrons with a ton of privacy. There were 2 BBQs & a well stocked kitchen in the public area. The room had an extremely comfortable bed; a HUUUUGE soaker tub & was super quiet. Seeing the Cali quails every morning was a nice addition too. The rooftop patio above had amazing views & was a very comfortable place to enjoy a beverage. My friend asked if they sold cola cola (they didn't); however the owner went to his residence & brought her a bottle; huge respect! This isn't just a villa, it's a vineyard & the staff are also farmers. This shows with their hospitality! It was my first time & when I go back to the south okanagan, I will be staying there. I can't recommend it enough

Situated overlooking mountains. Very quiet. On a vineyard. Great local trails (5km but we could have walked further). Also lovely big 2 person jacuzzi tub in the room! We were travelling thru, so only stqyed 1 night. So nice, we stayed in with bottle of wine and local pizzeria. Liked it very much. We shall be back!

Great Stay
Better than I expected. Our unit was exceptionally clean and so spacious. The bathroom was practically the same size as our whole room. Loved that the doors opened right into the lovely view. It's a beautifully quiet space. If you needed ice, microwave, plates and such it was in the reception area.. which was not a hassle at all. The only thing is it isn't open 24/7 and I wanted to warm something up at 6am and I didn't want to call the front counter just to get them to open the door. I think if our key card could open the door would be a nice bonus. Otherwise, we would happily come back.

Golf retreat
This is a great spot for a night or two. It is a lovely setting with a nice view of the lake. Spacious room. We enjoyed our stay and a great round of golf at Fairview mountain.

The air conditioner worked intermittently all evening, so you were either cold or hot depending on the cycle. As well, when you want ice, you have to go to the main office and pull stale ice cubes from a residential fridge/freezer. Not only unsanitary, but a pain to wait for while you fill up an ice bucket. We will not stay there again.

I like the room window view, the size of the room and the bathroom. I didn't the shower, that didn't have enough water I didn't like to not have a receptionist / or any convenience on the office (washrooms, water, ice,etc)

We stayed just one night but would certainly stay a bit longer the next time. The location was private and so peaceful. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable and we loved our little sitting area outside looking out at the mountains and the of the lake where we enjoyed a bottle of wine and some nibbles. We watched the sun rise over the mountains from our bed. Having access to the little kitchen in the Office was very convenient (for ice and some additional fresh brewed coffee). It was an easy few minutes drive into town to get breakfast - make sure you have a big appetite if you're eating at Smithy's!! There was nothing we didn't like about our suite but would have preferred a glass screen between the bedroom and the bathroom (over the bathtub) vs a roller blind, and the shower head could do with a "scraping" as the water was going in different directions. The toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion) were also of great quality. Finally, the staff we met were very friendly, efficient and accommodating.
