Très bien situé !
Le point essentiel de cet hôtel est vraiment sa situation géographique: au carrefour de plusieurs lignes de métros et de trains, donc super pour se déplacer aussi bien à Osaka que pour partir passer 1 journée sur Nara, Kyoto, Kobé, etc. De plus, fans 1 quartier très animé. Petit-déjeuner assez varié, literie onconfortable, personnel souriant. Le gros point noir, c'est l'état des moquettes ! Quelle honte ! Aussi bien dans la chambre que dans les couloirs: usée, râpée et surtout taché! Je déconseille à quiconque de se promener pieds nus dans la chambre... Des chaussons sont fournis mais pas lavables: prévoyez plutôt vos tongs !

Sympa hôtel très sympa et très bien situé. Personnel très accueillant. les chambres sont très confortables et grandes avec des rideaux très occultants. Très bon équipement, notamment les machines à laver avec dosage automatique de la lessive. C’est un hôtel que je recommande pour son rapport qualité prix.

Très facile d’accès, voiture, transport, un centre commercial se trouve dans l’hotel, plusieurs restaurants dotés d’une très belle vue. Quartier très calme. Détail qui a son importance : service navette pour retourner à la gare d’osaka Et revenir à l’hôtel.

駅直結でとにかく立地が最高でした。 電車の音が室内まで響くので、初日だけ騒音で眠りが浅かったのですが、2日目からは慣れてぐっすり眠れました。

チェックインする時の画面操作が面倒だった。 何回かやり直した。 アメニティでブラシが無かったのが残念です。 ツインの部屋をシングル利用したが、部屋が狭かった。シングルを利用した方が良かったのかと思った。2人で利用するにも狭すぎると感じた。

エレベーターがレストラン街と共用なので、かなり待つ場合があります。時間に余裕を持って外出しないとです。チェックアウトの時間とレストランの従業員の出勤時間が重なると、やっときたエレベーターが満員で乗れなかったりしました。

駅前というかほぼ駅ナカで便利。 たまたまだと思いますが、部屋に入ったら室温設定が17度になっていて「寒っ！」。26度に上げて1時間後にやっと一息つきましたが笑

チェックインはスムーズにいきたい
とても好きなホテルですが、久々に宿泊しましたら、受付窓口がセルフになっていてチェックインにとても時間が掛かったのがNGでした、あと、どうして髭剃りが 表にでていないのだろうか。

Need renovation desperately
Hotel needs renovation Have been using this hotel for a long time, but it has not changed carpet nor chair at all. It is very popular place due to easy access, but its about time for them to upgrade their room convention. Also this time, air-condition did not work and had to stay out of the room until 2 30 pm to have the room replaced

車での旅で、駐車場を探さなくて良いのは楽です。ちょっと離れたところには安いパーキンングもあるのですが、炎天下に大きな荷物を持っての移動は大変なので助かりました。客室は経年劣化なのか洗面所の壁紙が剥がれていたり、飲み物用のカップに茶渋が残っていたり・・・。特に口に入れるものは気になるので、改善されると良いなと思いました。客室のアメニティは必要最低限で、フロントにあるその他の物を必要に応じて持っていけます。化粧品は合う合わないがあるので自前で持って行った方が無難です。駅近でショッピングモールの上にホテルなので、利便は良いと思います。 最後に、フロントの男性スタッフの方は笑顔で対応されて感じが良かったです。お世話になりました。

出入り口どこ？
ホテルの出入り口、駐車場の入口ともわかりにくい。ホテルに電話して問い合わせても地理感がなく、苦労した。

Was given a tiny room with little space for luggage even though our reservation was for a slightly larger room. When inquired about it, the front desk staff barely spoke English to probably explain the situation, offer an option, or adjust our room rate. Carpets in the room and in the hallway were heavily stained. The only bright spot was the location. The hotel was right across from the train station and surrounded by restaurants, pubs, stores and malls. Very convenient.
