La plus mauvaise expérience pendant mon séjour
Très mauvais accueil. Personnel peu professionnel et non bienveillant. Avons attendu deux heures pour un Check in mal fait puisqu’en des chambres était pas encore prêtes au delà de 15h. Poubelles en permanence devant ascenseur. Odeur nauséabonde. Vue sur rivière mais rivière très sale. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel....une grande arnaque.

There is a cart for housekeeping while they clean the guest rooms but they take it away as soon as they finish cleaning. We have windows in all guest rooms but you cannot see the river from our hotel. We are available 24/7 at the reception to help our guests stay comfortably so we would appreciate if you could let us know. We sincerely regret that we could not make you feel comfortably while you stayed at our hotel. We will share this feedback with our staff and try harder so that we can give better service. THE ROOM, the shower (!), the bed, the decoration, I just like it. 1 minute away from a subway station, near the river, a good ramen restaurant next corner... LOVE IT!

The bed was so comfortable, the best of our whole trip! And the room was a very good size. We stayed in the king room and had lots of space for luggage and moving around! The area was quiet and clean with a few restaurants within walking distance but we mainly traveled to find food. There is a 7/11 and Lawson close for something quick! Great stay, would definitely stay again

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus und Zimmer, die Bilder lügen nicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir hatten am Anreisetag vormittags unsere Koffer abgegeben und diese wurden uns vor unserem Check In am Abend aufs Zimmer gebracht. Diesen Service haben wir nicht erwartet. Das Frühstück ist ein Mix aus a la carte und Buffet, auch hier war der Service wieder sehr gut. Das Hotel ist praktisch gelegen, direkt an einer Metro-Station. Der Raucherbereich ist nur für Tabakerhitzer, nicht für reguläre Zigaretten, dadurch ist es sauber und riecht angenehm. Dies war für uns das vierte Hotel in Japan und bisher mit Abstand das beste.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and also have a good sound proofing. There are two metro stations near by with excellent connectivity to all major attractions. The rooms are large by Japanese standards. Western shower. The only thing to be aware of is the small step at the rooms entrance (for the shoes area). Worth the price. All in all good mid-level hotel.

離地鐵肥後橋站僅3分鐘路程，附近有超商，星巴克，大阪燒，牛丼等餐飲，非常方便；西梅田站也僅一站距離，可謂到哪都方便！房間方面這次入住三人房型，空間算是非常大，有三個單人床空間，行李一個30吋大行李打開都沒問題，住宿方面也很安靜，床很軟很好睡，樓下也有24hr咖啡機供使用，整體來說滿意度很高

Review coming from Canadian Tourist: The staff at the property were amazing, and very friendly, and were able to understand our broken Japanese. The room was a great size, and other than some minor stains on the wall and curtains, was very clean. The area around the hotel seemed very business central, so there weren’t a lot of places to eat and most weren’t open to accepting foreign tourist. We were either told no or charged a cover at an empty restaurant. If you are looking for somewhere to sleep with a great rate, this is an awesome spot. If you are looking for a hotel right in the heart of everything, I would recommend staying closer to dotonbori.

The beds here are absolutely insanely comfortable. Also huge!! I was so suprised for Hapan how big the bed was. It was like the biggest bed I’ve ever seen. I slept like a rock. Very close to the train. Would definitely recommend!!

Staff was super friendly and helpful in all regards. We could send our luggage within 1 day to the next hotel. Higobashi train station is 2-3 minutes away by foot. A convenience store is right across the street. The hotel was very clean. Overall an amazing stay and most likely the best hotel we stayed in on our Japan journey.

Great location close to 2 lines. Lots of convenience stores around but food options limited. Only complaint is the bed did not suit us well. Everything else was splendid.

This is a fantastic, beautiful hotel. There was some construction while we were there, but the staff warned us and offered earplugs/accomodation if needed. It's very close to transit, convenience stores, and has a restaurant on site. There is a great little ramen shop down the street. Be warned, however, this is definitely a business district with not a lot to do in the immediate area.

Walkable distance from subway station , convenience store and Starbucks. It's a pity that there's no bath tub in our room, as my partner would really love it. There aren't many local foods and malls near this location, there are lots of office building in this area though. Overall good value, very spacious and affordable for visitors.

The hotel was closed to a couple train stations. Also, the neighborhood is quiet and away from the busyness of Osaka. My only complain is that the shower only released hot water and we couldn't regulate it. Aside form that, it was really good.

Overall the stay was okay. There was really gross stuff on the curtain that’s not cleaned properly. It was also noisy as you can hear people dragging their chairs upstairs. The location was ok but definitely cannot be compare with Umeda station.

다음에 오사카가면 다시 이용할 곳
오래전이기는 하지만 자주 다녔던 일본 숙소들과 비교하면 훨씬 더 넑어졌고, USB 연결 포트도 있고 좋았어요 대표사진에 나오는 식당에서 조식을 제공하는데 배 불러서 두번 못 먹는거지 맛은 두번 먹을만한 수준이었어요 지하철역 2곳에서 멀지 않아 동선 잡기도 좋았구요

Quiet yet convenient location. The hotel was steps away from Higobashi Station, there was a Lawson's convenience store just opposite and a Matsuya gyudon restaurant just round the corner. Was there for New Year's, and to celebrate the occasion, the hotel provided free soba and free flow sake to all guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will stay again!

Enjoyable stay (3 nights)
Hotel seems recently renovated, room was comfy and spacious. A lot of thought went into the interior design to maximise space usage. When though the sink was located outside, that made the toilet more spacious. Power socket came with usb points for modern devices, and they provide cables for usb devices as well. Staff were courteous and helpful, and speak English very well. Overall, a great stay!

오랜만의 오사카 여행으로 히고바시역 바로 옆에 있는 코디아 호텔을 선택했고 역과 가까워서 이동시 편했고 주위 다른 출구쪽에 에스칼레이터 및 엘레베이터가 있어서 무거운 캐리어를 들고 이동 시 편했습니다, 호텔 직원 분들도 너무 친절했고 룸의 청결 상태 및 화장실, 샤워부스의 청결 상태도 매우 우수했습니다, 아침 조식도 뷔페와는 다르게 맛있었고 서브 메뉴도 맛있었습니다, 또 오사카를 방문 한다면 다시 한번 묶을 예정입니다, 직원분들 친철하게 대해 주셔서 감사했습니다.

Die Lage des Hotels zwischen zwei Metro-Linien ist genial. Die beiden Bahnhöfe und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind somit schnell zu erreichen. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer modern. Mein Zimmer hatte zwar nur Milchglasfenster, aufgrund des Standorts des Hotels gibt es aber nichts, was man verpassen würde. Beim Frühstück gibt es eine kleine, aber ausreichende Karte.

Great hotel - you won't regret staying here!
Would definitely recommend staying at Hotel Cordia in Osaka. The rooms are smart with the largest bed I've ever stayed in - super comfortable and the shower was great. Service at reception and in the restaurant for included breakfast was great. Really enjoyed the fresh, hot breakfast which set us up for busy days in the area. You have a choice of 4 or 5 hot options in addition to light buffet options. Location was great, there is a metro entrance probably 60 seconds entrance from the hotel though there isn't much else locally in the area!

Excelente tamanho de quarto.
Quarto com tamanho excelente e cama muito confortável. Localizado entre as duas principais áreas de Osaka e com acesso relativamente fácil para as linhas de shinkansen. Café da manhã gostoso!
