It’s our second stay here and we still love it! But this time we were woken up by an odd vibration both mornings. It was not construction and was a little strange. Would still recommend and we used the laundromat this time. There are multiple machines and dryers.

Property was very nice. Room a good size for Japan. Staff were excellent. My only negative is it’s 11 min walk from train so with luggage I would have preferred closer to Namba station. Most restaurants are near Dotimbori about a 15 min walk

Nice hotel in central Osaka. Near Dontibuti (9 min walk) and close to all the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel is also fairly close to a train station (8minute walk). The rooms are nice and clean with comfortable beds.

Hotel was clean, spacious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The stay was great however, id skip the breakfast there next time. The buffet was very unappetizing, youre better off getting breakfast from a convenience store.

The property was fantastic. The room was spacious, the staff were extremely helpful, and you were in a relatively central location. The only thing I was disappointed with was the Expedia VIP benefit. It was advertised as a free drink but the only drink you could get for free was a soft drink. You had to pay a premium to have a standard alcoholic house wine or beer. I felt like the way the benefit was advertised was somewhat misleading.

The hotel is located where it’s accessible to the train stations and about 10 minutes walk to Dotonbori. My son and I enjoyed our stay, the room is clean, spacious, nicely designed and eco friendly. We enjoyed the amenities and the breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly, courteous and polite. If ever I’m back in Osaka, I will check in this hotel again.

I would highly recommended this property if any one comes to Osaka.The staff all speaks English. Rooms are absolutely beautiful. We were so pampered it is sad to leave. Namba station is only 10 min walk. The famous fish market is only 5 min from the hotel. The area is very lively and filled with restaurants.

A beautiful and spacious hotel near the Namba area! The building was converted from a historical department store, so all the hallways and rooms are naturally spacious. The room and bedding are with a lot personalities and fun to stay in. I stayed in a room with a full kitchen. It came with the fancy BALMUDA microwave/toaster oven which I genuinely recommended everyone to try! Eco-friendliness wise, instead of bottled water, each room came with a water jag and they recommend you to get drinking water at the drinking station on each floor. If you decline room service you will receive a drink ticket for each day. The lobby cafe only opens 2pm-9pm, but you can save up these tickets, and 3 tickets can get you a free alcoholic drink too. Directly across from the hotel is the Otaku district of Osaka. Good to shop for anime & manga stuff. The back alley is full of maid cafes & bars. There are tons of back alley tiny restaurants, bars & izakayas in the neighborhood, many of them with outdoor dining tables or patios. Definitely a dive! it’s a short walk to the Namba station area, and there are major department stores there. Of course the famous Dotonbori is in walking distance too.

Good location within walking distance of Dotonbori, Namba, and Nippomboshi stations. Large and clean room. Convenient laundromat in the hotel. Only downside was that we were on the same floor as the children's play area and they were easily heard throughout the floor

良かった点は部屋が綺麗で広っかた(プレミアムツイン)。朝食もビッフェで品数も多く、美味しかった。口コミでは駅からっや遠いとの声もありますが、苦になる距離ではない。スタッフのユニフォームもオシャレで親切です。チェックインの際にはキャリアの浅いスタッフらしくやや手間取りましたが、先輩スタッフがフォローしている点も好感が持てた。部屋のトイレとバスがセパレートタイプであれば、なお良かった。
