Very nice hotel with lots of amenities. The hotel also has direct access to the Hommachi station, which was extremely convenient.

Check in was a headache. I like myself and others tried to check in 2.46pm but got told to wait until 3pm. There’s only 5 seats and they were all occupied so I had to sit on the floor. The room on the 23rd floor has an air vent that’s quite loud and cars/motorbikes can be heard while trying to sleep. Other than that the hotel was good

Regarding check-in time, our hotel has a membership system, and depending on your membership rank, we will inform you of the check-in time earlier than 3:00 p.m. You can also check in earlier than usual by paying an early arrival fee of 1,000 yen per hour. Also, if you have any noise from outside, please feel free to let us know so we can lend you earplugs or move you to a room on the opposite side of the road. My stay was not that bad. I mean, the area around was good. My issue was that nobody could understand me properly, even with Google Translate. I hope they hire more people who actually speak English. Another thing is, during my stay, I asked them to clean my room. I called them, then I went downstairs to put in the request, and they took my key to clean it. When I returned, I waited in line to get my key back, but when I went to the room, nobody had cleaned it, and even the garbage was still full."

Perfect for a couple that just needed a comfortable place to sleep in between long days of exploring. The rooms are very small but this is clearly stated prior to booking. The place is comfortable and very clean. Check-in is easy and straight forward. The staff are very friendly and moderately speak English. You can also drop off your bags prior to check-in so that you can go and explore.

This hotel is close to metro and has a few restaurants around the area. Convenience store right on the second floor. This was the smallest hotel room ive stayed in but it served its purpose well. Comfy bed, AC, mini fridge, and bathroom. I paid extra for breakfast which was buffet style but had a good variety. There is also a laudromat in the basement as well as a bathhouse. There was some noise at night from fixed up cars driving around otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

この度はアパホテル＆リゾート〈御堂筋本町駅タワー〉にご宿泊いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。騒音につきまして申し訳ございません。高速道路が南側にございまして高速道路に面していないお部屋ですと比較的静かになりますのでお部屋の空き状況によりお部屋変更させていただけます。変更希望の場合恐れ入りますがフロントまでお申し付けくださいませ。エアコンの匂いにつきまして清掃時気になる場合やお客様にお申し出いただいた場合、また定期的に清掃しておりましてお気になさればお伝えいただければ幸いでございます。最後にはなりますが数あるホテルの中当館にご宿泊いただきまして誠にありがとうございます。

本町駅直結(四つ橋線が最寄駅)で地下からホテルへエレベーターでも上がれるのは便利。 地下の駅コンコースと1,階の隣のビルにセブンイレブンがあり、ホテルの2階にもファミリーマートが併設されており便利。 ここは遅くまで営業している朝食のバッフェは品数、美味しさといい◎

Even though it was very small, the hotel was able to compensate with the public bath, a massage place in the hotel and a very good breakfast. I recommend the breakfast a lot for first timer in Japan. You will be able to taste a lost of new thing!

立地、清潔感もあり、道頓堀・大阪城なども歩いて行ける距離でとても便利でした。 一つだけ、温泉の温度がかなり高くてゆっくりと浸かる事ができなかったので、そこが残念でした。
