Close to Disney. Room was not made up on day 2 of 3 night stay. Older facility Only 1 out ot 3 elevators in the north wing worked.

Didn’t like that they put me in a conjoined room which I never asked for, i felt Unsafe as a solo traveler. You could hear everything nothing was sound proof and the people were super loud next to me. That they charged a resort fee after I paid in full with Expedia. Somewhat dirty not up to my standards, I did Like the Starbucks inside that was convenient.

It was Close to the ESPN center, though we still had to Uber there and back they did not offer shuttle buses. Wish they had more options for dining and a better pool area. Other than that the rooms were nice and clean.

The room and the bathroom were nice and clean, the view was not to fancy, all I could see from my window was an abandoned pool.

No one was ever at the Front Desk and even when there you ask for help it was an inconvenience, worst Hotel stay ever. We called the customer service number for Wyndham and they couldn't reach the main Hotel for 45 minutes. Would not recommend staying here.

The hotel was clean, and updated with convenient amenities (the pool, Starbucks, rental cars avail onsite,snack shop) Unfortunately for me, my room was located right beside the elevators and the ballroom doors on the main floor, which brought a quite a bit of noise thru my door.

Dirty, water intrusion, broken furniture, no pool towels, locked out of room because of a faulty lock. The lack of service and upkeep on this relatively new property is apparent. Orlando is such a busy area and im sure this hotel fills up with visitors no matter what the conditions or service level.

Over all we had an average stay. The pool near our room was closed so we had to use the pool on the other side of the hotel. The pool towels were never available for us. The hotel was clearly having an air conditioning problem that made it uncomfortable in the main area , dining area and kids play area. The store in the hotel was well stocked with a large selection of emergency items and snacks at a reasonable price. We enjoyed the onsite Starbucks, bar and restaurant.. The hotel was a decent location with a lot of dining options nearby.

stayed here for only a weekend but it was worth it. the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was super nice and clean and the staff was great. i will definitely be staying here next time I go to Orlando.

No microwaves in the rooms… 3 little junky ones that you have to wait forever in line to use… just very poorly put together
