Je vous déconseille cet hotel insalubres
Je déconseille cet Hotel, lors de notre arrivé chambre pas nettoyer, plaque de cuisson cassé, micro-ondes sales. Attention il n'y a pas d'ustensibles de cuisine comme ecrit sur le descriptif de la chambre. Et si vous voulez vivre avec des cafards ou autres insectes mal veillant prenez cet hotel. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi Hotel.com propose encore cet hotel insalubre.

Je suis vraiment désolé que vous n'avez pas eu un séjour agréable avec nous et que votre chambre n'a pas répondu à vos attentes. Ce n'est pas le type d'expérience que nous voulons pour nos invités de valeur. Je m'excuse que le site a incorrectement déclaré que les cuisines sont entièrement équipées. Il s'agit d'une question sur laquelle nous travaillons pour être résolue. Je vous demande s'il vous plaît reconsidérer rester avec nous dans l'avenir afin que nous puissions vous fournir un excellent séjour.

The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant, but the hotel itself was dirty. I entered my room and the first thing I had to do was call the front desk because it was full of roaches. I got changed to another roomtjat had a super weak AC unit, so it was hot, and the shower onlyhad super hot or super cold water. The location was convenient, but I will never rent a room there again.

Stayed there 5 days my first room was a mess. Smell like mold and cigarettes the place needs major repairs. The second room was a little better but the bed was terrible the mattress is old and I feel all the spring on my back like I was sleeping on the box spring. They had people living there who smoke weed and make noise all night lots of roaches and bugs will never stay there again I wish I could get my money back.

No shampoo, roach problem, floors clearly had not been mopped in a while, sticky & dirty. Staff was clueless, only 1 light worked in the room, & no hand towels. Would not recommend!

One of the residents who either rents by the week or month on the ground level was drug dealing right in the parking lot with lots of people coming and going. The room had lots of bugs and floor was extremely dirty. Also the kitchen came with no dishes or utensils to cook any food i brought in. Worst 4 day rental ever and I travel a lot. Never again. The list can go on and on but not enough space to right everything down. I total disappointment. Oh also the TV never worked properly and had to call maintenance multiple time to repair. Which eventually I just did watch TV. I give this place Negative 2 stars. That's how bad it was. Hood Hotel it should be called! Never again!!

The bathroom was dirty and the shower leaked. The entrance door wasn't a tight seal. Very dark light fixtures weren't working all that well. Cabinets and drawers weren't in good shape either.

Room was not at all how it was described. There was mold EVERYWHERE. We never got any housekeeping. Someone also tried to unlock our door while we were staying to inspect said mold with zero warning and they stated they didn’t know someone was staying in that room.

Bad points: The room was very run down. The bathroom door broke and didn’t lock. TV remote control with no battery; I went to reception to ask for it, and the people didn’t bother, just said no. I had to buy batteries myself. The kitchen cabinet door is falling apart, and the horrible smell of weed is coming all the time coming from other rooms. Good points. Close to the airport. Well located. Close to restaurants and fast food restaurants. Overall, the place has potential. It just needs better management to deal with all these issues.

The TV didn't work, the phone didn't work, the toilet ran constantly and had to go to the front desk to tell someone due to phone not working. Maintenance guy came and fixed the TV but did not fix the toilet. He claimed it was the pipes!! I know it was just a $2 'flopper'. He just didn't want to be bothered I guess. BYW this is an extended stay place NOT a hotel so NO services whatsoever... you're on your own!

Room was filthy. Nothing worked, including the stove, kitchen sink and bathroom sink. Shower was black and disgusting. Cockroaches everywhere and floor was dirty and sticky. They were out of toilet paper and when we asked for new towels they just threw them over the counter. They weren't even folded. They were out of hand towels. When we had maintenance come to fix the drains, he left the room even more dirty than before and couldn't fix the bathroom sink. I do not recommend this place. Stay somewhere else or you will regret it!

La estructura están en condiciones deplorables. Cuando entramos a la habitación el piso estaba sucio y habían cucarachas. Se pidió que si se podía limpiar el piso y nos indicaron que tenía que hacer una reservación para 2 semanas o más para que ellos lo limpiaran a pesar de que el mismo estaba sucio desde el momento en que llegamos. Aunque tiene cocina no tiene ningún tipo de artículo para cocinar. Se supone que ellos los alquilan o los venden pero no tenían ninguno en ese momento.
