Belle piscine avec rivière de détente. Belle série d’activité qui se répète chaque jours. Manque d’équipement dans les cuisines pour une base essentielle (poêlons, tire bouchon, verres, petite cuillères etc) Internet va bien mais panne durant 2 jours et due appeler trois fois pour réparation. Personnel très courtois. Service de transport recommandé par eux très bien.

Les unités ont les deux chambres à l’étage avec une salle de bain complète au rez-de-chaussée et une salle de bain complète à l’étage. Très propre malgré que c’est un peu vieillot. Il y a une terrasse avec des moustiquaires, très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine et lazy river. Il y a deux glissades d’eau, dont une qui va très vite. Ma fille a presque 48 pouces (qui est la grandeur min pour les glissade). Parfois elle avait droit d’y aller et parfois non, dépendant de la surveillante. Seule petite chose négative, ils sont très stricts autour de la piscine, interdit pour les enfants d’avoir un ballon dans la piscine ou jouet. Aussi, on ne peut pas apporter notre nourriture autour de la piscine, il faut absolument commander sur place, dommage. Il y a beaucoup de commodités à proximité, bon restaurant Olive garden. Walgreen’s à 5 minutes de marche,

Le site est très agréable et les équipements extérieurs sont somme toute en bonne condition. Les planchers de la villa étaient propres mais il y avait autrement de la saleté incrustée à plusieurs endroits. Les équipements du fitness center étaient manquants (dumbbell) ou défectueux (tous les tapis roulants) et c’était extrêmement sale. Terrain de tennis un peu à l’abandon avec un filet qui ne tient plus bien. Malgré tout, le rapport qualité prix demeure ok avec la qualité du site extérieur (piscines, glissades, bar)

The pool area with the slides and lazy river was so much fun with our kids. It was only a short drive to theme parks near Orlando which was great! The property is dog friendly which was a huge plus! Rooms were very spacious. They weren't updated, but everything was kept very clean!

I stay here every year. This is the first time I had a problem. Tge air conditioner wasn't working properly. Had to have someone try to fix it 3 times and it still wasnt working correctly.

Enjoyed the pool facilities, inclusive of the lazy River, water slides and lounge area. Our unit had all the basic amenities, and additional items were available. I wish I would have known about the grocery package we could have pre purchased 👌. A nice welcome/information package was provided, which I found a really nice touch. Staff were helpful and were able to store our luggage upon checkin while our room was being prepared and when we checked out until our Uber arrived. The lobby houses a nice little store and coffee bar. Lots of thought to add special touches were notable.

The property itself was as expected. Our only disappointment was the quality of food offered and the price of the drinks at the bar. We ordered from the bar on day 1 and never did again! Drinks were very expensive and the grilled chicken was a microwaved patty. The bartenders attitude was like we were bothering him. At checkin the staff was very pleasant and friendly. Overall, we would stay again.

Soggiorno di 4 notti molto piacevole. Appartamento molto grandi, ospitali, due bagni uno per piano. Cucina dotata di tutti i servizi necessari. L’unica cosa negativa è che non è previsto alcun cambio asciugamani e pulizia della casa. Per un breve soggiorno ci può anche stare. Ma se viaggi con bambini, se stai più di 3-4 giorni e se come noi la sera spesso e volentieri cuciniamo non si può non pulire casa. Si entra e si esce con scarpe, in cucina inevitabilmente si sporca. Questo secondo me per la cifra pagata è un disagio. Circa 200€ a notte per il solo pernottamento! In casa c’è lavatrice e asciugatrice… ok va bene ma vengo in un resort per rilassarmi. Self anche per la spazzatura. A disposizione 6 asciugamani per appartamento per la piscina e ti devono bastare per tutto il tuo soggiorno… indipendentente dal numero di notti. Mah … Aree comuni pulite, personale molto accogliente e gentile. Piscina bella. Scivoli troppo restrittivi per i bambini. Minimo 120cm per scivoli per niente pericolosi… peccato.

Wish it had more direction signs for front desk, and activities. The unit we were in was run down and our screen door was broke When we tried to use the slides and lazy river on our one day to enjoy the pool (reason we book) it was closed for painting so very unhappy about that. When we came in the sheets on the bed were dirty we went to the front desk and we were given new sheets and some coupons to redeem around the resort the front desk clerk was excellent. The floor is in the condo were dirty. I got a wet towel and wiped around the floors. Do not expect your floors to be washed when you are coming in. They are vacuumed ,new laminate flooring. Unfortunately, the last night we were there they were fixing the place up, which is fantastic, but we heard them working with drills and saws past 2 o’clock in the morning and we had to leave for our flight so that kind of sucked but at the same time, they were putting new plants and painting, and they put in a couple of extra things around the lazy river, and it looked really nice.

Loved the lazy river. The basic items in the place were lacking (no frying pan, scissors, dish cloth, corkscrew, etc). They are available but you need to call so call when you get there. Otherwise a great place.

Fantasy World Resorts was absolutely amazing we love the water slides, pool, and hot tub. I loved that we where able to eat at our hotel but also had so many options around if we choose to eat our.

We felt safe. Two female adults and a child. Very comfortable. Needs more supplies and asked for more and received items with no questions asked.

I loved the washer and dryer in the room and all the conveniences of home. I do think a bigger coffee pot would be great and possibly a retractable clothes line in the screen room as an option for hanging the pool towels and swim suits. Also our room had a broom but no dust pan, made tiding up tricky. The bed was comfy slept amazing every night there. The pool and lazy river were amazing.

Resort was great and easy with small kids. Only downfall was that the slides were closed our last few days there with no real explanation (I’m assuming not enough staff) Townhouse itself was great. Loved the screened patio and the easy parking. Close to everything.

The value is very good for the money! Had a blast on the lazy river, and in the pool! We agreed that the yellow water slide is super scary, and the staircase to the water slides smells a little like pee. Also the tap water doesn't taste good. But everything else was fantastic!!!!
