Il y avait des Croquerelles dans notre maison et la gérante semblait dire que c’était normal. Ont a u droit a aucun dédommagement et il a fallu tous vidé et tous nettoyé pour pas en ramener à la maison. Mes enfants étaient là dedans pas croyable

The Resort was friendly, as was most of the other staff. House was very ordinary, not at all homely. Freezer wasn’t working on arriving (was fix next day, but not before we lost the contents), the ice dispenser is mouldy (we use the ice by hand), pool heater was on in temperature of 32 degree (not swimmable). Dishwasher would give one wash, then not work again. Found out on our last day the power was tripping (is this safe?).

We have stayed at encore resort for 4 years consecutively around Memorial Day every year. This year our experience was the worst. Was told to call ahead to turn on the pool and I did so, but our pool lights didn’t work so the kids couldn’t go night swimming. Half of the TVs in the 8 bedroom home were not connected to the wifi/cable. Also a tile was missing in the pool and one of the children scraped a knee on it. The fact that the deposit doubled this year after conditions had deteriorated added insult to injury and I made sure to complain to the staff and make note of these issues. We might not be returning next year.

This was a wonderful vacation location to stay at with my family. we were a family of 5 and were taking a trip to Disney and this was the perfect location. There were places to eat on grounds of the resort with delicious food and close by if you chose to go out of the resort. My family was very comfortable with their stay and happy with their overall trip. We all had our own rooms, and we had a pool in our home as well. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and there was a water park included with the resort. The only thing I wished I could have changed was that we were not able to do late checkout. It was offered, however upon requesting it they said they couldn't accommodate our request because someone else was going to stay in our same home. It was a little difficult to get out by 10 am due to having a 9-year-old and 2 other boys to get ready to leave so early. They should have later checkout.

The property offered a lot for both children and adults to enjoy. It was definitely relaxing and peaceful. A few cons : the blender did not work. It was also very dirty . The dishes were placed in the cabinet wet and dirty. You have to pay an additional cost for propane gas in order to use the grill as it is not included. Also you have to pay an additional cost to heat pool/ hot tub. For the amount of money you pay for these properties,they should really think about included these items for guest.

This property specifically was pretty basic, nothing “exclusive” or “luxury” stood out. It was roomy and clean and yes the resort in general had good amenities, but this home in particular did not stand out in any particular way. The internet was down 3 out of the 7 days we were there. We were welcomed to a stove with no door whatsoever-which was very quickly replaced by the resort so we did appreciate that. But still kind of shocking, making it feel as if no one checked the place out before having customers stay. The grill was a complete waste of money-we cooked hotdogs and burgers for over an hour until we had to resort to completing the cooking on the stove. There were literally zero blankets or throw blankets in this home. Only the bedspreads and sheets, not an extra piece of linen anywhere to be found, which included pool towels- we had to buy those at WalMart. Also very bare bones on necessities- no salt, no pepper, 1 trashbag… I think you get the picture. If you have kids that will enjoy the pool, don’t expect anything like a raft or even a simple pool noodle, you’ll have to buy anything like that yourself. I “may” consider staying with Encore just for the amenities for kids at the water park, but hopefully all of their homes aren’t as bland as this one. Very much like a hotel experience, not like a home experience at all.

No further action will be taken. The house was very large. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Unfortunately our house was not close to the pool or water park. You have to cross over a busy road not ideal for walking. So we would just drive over. The bar at the pool had a good selection of drinks. Pricey but expected. They were a bit understaffed and the lines were always long. They have a Starbucks on site. And there is a Walmart super close so we’re just ordered groceries and had them dropped off at the house. Conveniently close to theme parks. The only issue we had was with our hot tub and pool. It kept draining and they would have to come add water. Otherwise we would definitely stay again.

Great for kids. Waterpark is well run and well equipped with 3 distinct areas: pool, waterslides, kiddie park. Houses are large, clean and well outfitted.

Our stay was amazing!!! We stayed here from March 16-21. We usually stay at The Grove but needed extra space this year. We will definitely be coming to Encore from now on. The house was huge and everyone had enough space. They fully stocked the essentials and we had more than enough linen. Their water park was AWESOME and the kids loved it. We could order meals from the house and have it delivered which helped prevent us from long lines at IHOP. I liked how secure the resort was as they required a QRS code for entering. Thank you guys for a memorable spring break we loved it.

Clean House, Nice pool convenient to area attractions. Down fall people dont always follow the rules with the 10pm noise ordinance,but definitely the resorts fault.
