Hôtel très agréable et très bien situé.
Nous avons passé 2 excellentes nuits dans cet hôtel ! La chambre était équipée d'un petit coin cuisine et d'une très grande salle de bain. L'hôtel est vraiment très agréable avec une belle et grande piscine, un parcours "riviere" avec un grand toboggan d'eau. Meme si l'hôtel est grand, on a beaucoup de place et on peut être tranquille dans un coin de l'espace piscine. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est très très correct mais ont peut également faire le choix de petit déjeuner ou dîner dans la chambre ! Pour finir, l'hotel est à 20 minutes en voiture du Kennedy Space Center , ce qui permet, après uns journée de visite, de se plonger dans la piscine !

Dirty! 1st room had sticky floors, a wrapper and nail clippings on the floor. We were moved to a different room and found nail clippings on the floor again. The hallways were also dirty..ended up checking out early and zero regard from front desk for leaving early due to dirtiness.

The property was centrally located downtown and is easily walkable to many restaurants, Lake Eola, and other venues. Pets are also allowed, which is nice and the pet fee isn’t atrocious like other hotels.

Parking is accross the street and cost you daily or for every time that you leave. It would be nice to have parking that is included with the stay rather than an extra fee. The hotel was very nice and clean. We did have an issue with the toilet which was resolved quickly. Other than that, no issues.

Nice suite, but can hear next door's TV when in the bathroom. Parking is a lot across the street where you have to pay hourly.

Nice building but I'm not sure how many of the rooms were in disrepair. Ours certainly was. Especially the bathroom was left to waste. Tiles falling apart, mold growing every which way. I gather they are riding it out to wait until some ideal time to renovate bathrooms. I assume they might have some better rooms that aren't so neglected that they reserve for preferred guests. I couldn't imagine every room to be so broken and wasted because it's otherwise a very nice place in a great location. The breakfast is... nothing to write home about. Except the made to order omelettes, they don't mess that up. Otherwise you are looking at pretty cheap fare as you might expect of a place where breakfast is included as a buffet option at no extra charge. This isn't the Hilton... well I guess it kinda is. But it's not a luxury experience if anyone has those expectations. Not at all.

Perfect location. Close enough to walk to Kia Arena and watch the St.Paddy’s “shenanigans” but quite peaceful for its city situation. Great staff. Happy and friendly which is very telling that management is doing their job. Loved breakfast. The WiFi was the only weakness and it wasn’t terrible.

The hotel was beautiful, clean comfortable and right in the heart of downtown Orlando. Only issue I had was when I booked it said the room was a 1/2 a mile from the Orange County Convention Center and in reality they are not remotely close to each other. Other than that the hotel was we great. Not sure if they is the fault of the hotel or Expedia.

Had to park across the street but it was a very easy walk. Hotel was nice with a welcome party at the bar from 5:30-7:30pm. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. I would definitely stay again for events at Kia Center.
