I have bad experience with their service during the whole building power outage. I checked-in around at 6:30pm. at about 7:00pm, power suddenly shots down, the inside of room very dark and muggy. we can't find front deck service. and no any of hotel employee comes to floor to direction how to stay in safety. I stay room up to two hour with no dinner, no drink. I started headache. finally I took stairs to out of the building. I walked down the street several round until saw the building has lights back. the time was about at 11:00 pm. totally the power outage about 4hour during night. funny thing that I sent text message to costumer service number to ask if they have back up generator when the event happened, they answer me at 8:30am next day, they said they do not have back up generator.

My room had big Roaches running so bad I had to move to the 7th floor and I'm handycap it made I difficult for me to walk that far to get in and out of the building and I was only given 15 dollars I think so I was supposed to stay 2 more days but I decided to stay at a different hotel and I didn't want to do that because Iove the area of this hotel but I hate 😡 Roaches

The room gave off a weird smell when I first arrived but other than that the room was great! Service was great and the pool/hot tub area is amazing! On site restaurant and store so you don’t have to leave to eat or get a quick snack. Loved how close universal studios was to the hotel and icon park!

My room was dirty and had food and some type of jelly on the bed. There was hair in the bed and towels andbit smelled like Marijuana everywhere. The staff lies and the front desk lady was screaming at people saying that there was no more rooms. I went with my two little daughter and i cannot belive this place was like this. I left immediately and they did not want to give me a full refund even though the said they where full. Poor service horrible experience and rude people. Just disgusting!

Location is close to Universal Studios, in between the universal endless resorts. I did not know there was an extra $15 charge per night until day of check-in or I would not have chosen hotel. I did not see charge noted on Expedia.com. First stay in this hotel since price is usually higher than other hotels, will probably not stay again due to that. Overall staff was very nice.
