Hotel and rooms are really beautiful, nicely renovated! Shuttle for Disney was always on time. Lashawn checked us in and was really nice and helpful. Restaurant was great and the staff was also very kind. They also have the Pickup store that has good coffee and snacks to go. Very useful in the morning :) Great stay, would recommend !

The property is newly renovated but very obvious that they tried to cut corners to reduce costs. It’s an old hotel with a bad facelift. The lobby and pool area looked great, staff are fantastic, shuttle is convenient and easy to use, but don’t expect a brand new hotel! As long as you have the right expectations (we did) then you won’t be disappointed! We weren’t dying to rebook but wouldn’t mind if it came down to it. The rooms were huge and unfortunately the bed was incredibly soft (we personally prefer firm).

We only stayed one night before our departure. The hotel was nice and the Personnel very friendly. Close enough to walk to Disney Springs.

If Price wasn’t an issue, I’d choose to stay here every time at Disney! Beautiful room, super clean, so convenient to Disney Springs. Loved everything about this resort!

Property has been updated nicely. Lobby feels good and staff are kind. Not as walkable to Disney Springs as I had hoped. Felt like a long walk at the end of the day after parks. Pool still not open and construction was a little inconvenient but resort fee was waived so that felt fair. Would definitely stay again and the pool area looks almost complete and will be very nice.

The property is well taken care of, and the new amenities will be gorgeous. Unfortunately, they weren't completed/opened yet during our stay. My only knock was that our room's A/C was not blowing cold air, and the bed wasn't the best. The bed is firm, and the pillows were no good. The staff is amazing. The location is perfect for tourism activities and the place smells amazing.

When in my hotel room you could hear the noise from the highway really bad. Had only one working elevator which was so slow. I feel like pool renovations should have been done by the end of April. Rooms are good for the amount of space. Not sure I would come back and stay here unfortunately.

The hotel was convenient because it is close to everything. But! The pool was closed the whole 4 nights of my stay which I don’t understand why they don’t let anyone know about that before hand. Only one elevator working. Bugs in the room but I didn’t bother with that because I didn’t want to ruin my stay. Anyways some things to fix in a pretty hotel that could offer more.

We liked our experience and the staff was wonderful. The only issue waa the water pressure due to renovations. The staff made up for the inconvenience by offering us complementary breakfast.

Milly was wonderful! Upgraded us to a king room with a fireworks view (after hearing about our late night troubles with our rental car company) and she didn’t even know I was about to propose to my girlfriend at Disney the next day! Had a wonderful stay. Resort Fee was comped due to the work going on. Bottles of water each day was a great touch. Proximity to everything was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Check in was very easy. The hotel was very clean, from what we saw. I made a reservation for a one bedroom suite and is wasn't available, so they upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite with 2 1/2 bathrooms. It was very nice and spacious. I will say that we were on the traffic side, which was noisy. If they could add some plates, microwave, glasses etc... in the suites, that would be great addition. I know they are still renovating. It appears they are trying to make some nice changes.

Nice hotel and staff. Just felf miss led photos show a nice pool area but pool is undar construction. And you need to read the fine print to know it's closed. I was told we could use pool acrosa the street, pool wasn't across the street. Was down the street on a busy road! Not very good for walking with kids in swim suits!

This property was a surprise gem! I selected it for price and proximity to Disney Springs and I was PLEASANTLY surprised in its unique features and amenities. I was disappointed that the pool was not open. I wish I would have known.

Every member from the Front Desk / Vallet / Manager and the Restaurant staff- top of the line. We stayed when the Hotel was going thru a construction phase, but everything there was clean and quiet at the time. Easy to walk to Disney Springs and Uber to the Parks. The only negative comment - partnering with the Fablous Bus Service - had a bad experience due to the Driver going to a park which was not on the travels at that time. We asked the Driver where the Bus was going and he mentioned Magic Kingdom and Epcot, which we were going to Epcot for early hours. We started out and went to Animal Kingdom first and only dropped off 5 people. Bus was fully loaded for Magic and Epcot. Missed out on early hours. That’s when we went with Uber. Again, Hotel was awesome.

Nice refurbished room but many finishing touches not complete. No soap dish in the shower, no towel bars, pool closed for repairs, two of three elevators not working
