I am surprised that Expedia allows this hotel on their platform considering how horribly they treat their guests. The Casa Blanca Hotel & Suites Orange forced my husband to keep two rooms for one guest for one night due to a very obvious and quickly resolved mistake. We booked on Expedia but the reservation was inadvertently placed under my name instead of my husband's name. I changed the reservation very shortly after my husband showed up and the very rude staff member had him purchase an additional room. We quickly resolved the error with Expedia but the staff would not allow my husband to get a refund for the second room. The WiFi also does not work.

Front desk staff didn’t greet us when we walked in. Very poor communication. Door frame in room was BROKEN off the wall which is where they have the safety latch to secure the door affixed to. Couldn’t lock the door properly. The desk chair in the room was stripped of more than half the leather, couldn’t sit in it. Walls and blinds were gross, dirty, not cleaned. We checked out 10 minutes after arriving. Had to pay for another hotel to make sure we were safe. Property behind a gas station and next to freeway. Designated Smoking area is right next to the front Lobby door, terrible placement. Would never stay here alone or with my family no matter how inexpensive it is.

There was no hot water in the bathroom to shave had to warm up water in microwave - The TV did not connect to the interest so could not watch TV. Bed was not made when left for the day but did provide new towels - the parking is really small

This is definitely a motel, not a hotel. Located next to the freeway and behind a gas station which makes it noisy at all hours. Pool is empty and crumbling, parking lot littered with trash. Room was relatively clean but towels were damp. The bed was surprisingly comfortable although we did bring our own pillows from home. We were in town for a convention and this was our only option for accommodations. Not sure we would have stayed there otherwise.

It's a OK motel to stay for the night. It was clean and the staff were friendly. But the bedroom's door didn't lock, we never had hot water in the bathroom's sink, we were cold during the night and 2 out of the 3 nights didn't have a parking spot inside.

The room was very nice! I was skeptical at first given the cost per night but it was a really nice room. And there was housekeeping! Which if you’ve stayed in the more expensive hotels they only provide on certain days or number of stays. I would definitely consider it again in the future. Parking was my only complaint. There were not enough spaces for the number of rooms and the spaces were very tiny.

The check in/out was fast. The room was nice. But at midnight; 2 men were yelling and fighting right near our room. Not the motel's fault, but maybe need to screen their customers better.

I read a lot of reviews on this place and some were not good. Which of course worried me a little bit, but none of that happened to me. The people were very nice. The room was very clean and i had no issues. Quiet, no one bothered us. Perfect for our two day stay. Thank you Casa Blanca.

The pool shown in the photos was empty of water. The floor tiles in the room were loose/ broken ( I tripped on one). The bathroom mirror was splattered w/ a red substance. The description stated the rooms had spa tubs and waterfall shower heads. The room contained a regular tub, and a wornout regular shower head. Lastly the bathroom only contained one towel ( there were 2 of us). Staff was reluctant to provide us with a second towel. Overall, it was a sub par experience.

The door looked like it was broken into and never fixed. There was at least an inch gap between the door and the frame, to the point I could see the type of shoes someone was wearing while the door was closed. The shutters did not stay closed and the windows did not have any other blinds to provide privacy. Water pressure was minimal.

Don’t usually review places but all of these photos are deceptive and the 8.2 “very good” rating is shocking. This place is a run down, side of the highway, cheap motel at best. It’s hidden behind a chevron, and there’s a large abandoned structure when you drive into the property. Our blinds in our room were broken so they didn’t stay shut. It looked like multiple previous guests had taped them shut until they broke. The window in the bathroom was wide open when we entered our room. The blankets are so thin, room is very cold and uninviting. Basic cable, not great water pressure, cobwebs in the corners and ceiling. The pool and “spa”? Empty. Again I have no idea how this place has such a high rating, would not recommend until it gets a major update.

Room had mixes up upgrades and things in bad need of upgrades. We would have been overall satisfied if the heat worked. Unfortunately the heating unit breaker would flip after a handful of minutes, leaving us freezing overnight. The front desk agent was understanding, and allowed us to cancel the second night but their manager refused to refund us a portion of the first night for the fact that we we cold all night (we asked for 20%). Overall would not recommend after this experience.

It’s a little difficult to get to the property itself, if I had not pulled into the Chevron station on the corner I would have gotten back on the freeway thinking I was headed in the right direction. The hotel itself is just behind the service station. One think I did not like is that there were no blackout curtains and the blinds in the room did not block out the light as we had hoped. The room itself was good, bed comfy, nice hot water in the shower, and a night quiet night overall.
