I chose the motel because of the pricing the chain was broken in my room. The air conditioner wasn’t working the best. The fridge was making noises all night and limited breakfast.

Evening staff (gentleman) was very friendly and accommodating. He helped us with towels and how to operate the tv on 2 occasions even though it appeared quite busy. He was definitely able to multitask. The continental breakfast was toast or cereal. Definitely not expecting such minimal choices. The day clerk( young girl) was not really friendly and was on her cell phone every time we saw her even when she was asked if she could get us a fork.

Very poor conditions, room was dirty, toilet wouldn't flush, they handed us a plunger. We thought it was fixed but it still wouldn't flush. We asked for a new room. They said they were sending msintenamce at 8am, but it would be 2 hours. I explained that my mom was in the hospital and we needed a new room. Given new room key after 3 tries. Then the shower wouldn't drain and was dirty. "Breakfast" was cereal, thats all that was offered. Had to stay the two nights but switched to a new hotel after. Would never stay there again. Very poor conditions.

You can see water damage throughout the room. Lights flicker in and off. I left an item in the hotel room and they kept it instead of sending it to me. It seems like some of the people there live in the rooms. Trash gets put in the hallways until someone at random times throws it out. Website says they have a hot breakfast and they have toast, cereal and oatmeal. Couple juices and coffee. No elevators so be able to walk the stairs. Beds were ok. Soft. Someone got arrested in the hotel.

Took forever for someone to come to the front desk to check in. Was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but had a constant smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Rooms were dirty, minimal bedding, poor pillows, noisy a/c’s, poorly working fridge. Seemed to be a local hangout of homeless people.

Yuck!!
Absolutely the worse hotel ove stayed in yet! We had to move rooms because the tub was filthy and didnt drain. We were moved to another filthy room which the heat didnt work in and there was mold under the sink. The halls are covered with trash. Just nasty!

homeless people should not even stay here
check in for 2 rooms took over 20 minutes. got to the rooms,ours (#217) was missing a fixture in the bathroom and the room was disgustingly dirty. our friends room (231), was even more disgusting, blood like substance in the bathroom, ceiling had a tear in it, the sheets were dirty and there was spatter all over the walls.we went downstairs and left. manager on duty was very unfriendly, would not provide a phone number to call so we could get a refund and barely spoke to me. you have all the pertinent information. please issue my refund for the 2 rooms as the manager said he would. I also have pictures if you need them. i will not post them here so other do not have to see what we saw. thanks for ruining our weekend!!!!

We have stayed at many Super 8's over the years. This is the worst one we've ever stayed at. The floor was filthy. The furniture was broken and dirty. The cigarette smell was obvious even though the hotel was non-smoking. There was even a lot of garbage around the outside of the building. The breakfast was not much more than cold cereal despite the pictures showing more. We honestly could not believe that Super 8 was willing to put their name on this one. On the plus side, it was relatively quiet and the staff was nice.
