Spa credit: Since you have booked two separate reservation from two different platform with two different meal plan, there is a possibility to have misunderstanding, based on the time you ask. Thus this could have been the case. We are looking in to this to understand further.
Floating breakfast: I do agree that we have changed the prices from 1st November onwards with different reasons. However from the advertisement it was not changed. Thus I can see that a discount was offered for you.
Check in and check out time: It is standard time we follow on the island as well as internationally. However we always try our maximum level best to minimize the waiting time as it very much depends on villa availability.
Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience caused and we are taking your feedback very seriously. Please be rest assured that corrective measures are in placed.
We are hoping to get another opportunity to serve you to create the experience as we are committed.
