No ice, coffee, bed sucked, heat didn't work, very few towels, pillows, drinking cups, soap, shampoo, etc. The free internet is inadequate but they offer better at a price. Makes my top 5 list of worst motels. I can't believe Expedia would put their name on this crap.

Keep the place smeeling good and better beds
The beds hurt your body it smelt like dog urinary dead roaches and dog hair in the room tv remote didnt work

Room key was disabled 15 minutes before check out
We had a late check in. The lobby clerk met us with a smile and check in went very smoothly. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable room. We definitely want to come back. However, someone came and pounded on our door at 10:30 a.m. to make sure we knew to check out at 11:00. Our key card stopped working at 10:45 a.m. It was 6° outside with a -18 wind-chill and loading our car was very difficult. If we had not made ourselves aware that the key wasn't working, it could have been a terrible situation.

No one was available for check in. We waited and used their call phone for around 20 mins waiting. Once checked in, we were given the room directly across from check in and the back door. ALL throughout the night people were slamming both the front and back doors, as well as standing outside our room’s window smoking. Most of the evening it was the same woman’s voice, so I assume it was the hotel staff. Rooms felt like college dorms and we saw police coming and going from the property. Hotel is located in a commercial area. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Wish I could have gotten a refund. We ended up staying somewhere else for night two of our reservation.

Won't use WoodSpring again
Toilet didn't flush, TV didn't work, no dishes at all in the kitchen making it useless for a overnight stay, and they didn't even have a coffee pot.

Bath tub drain did not drain. Bed top blanket had dog hair and dirt all over it. Room smelled like wet dog. No amenities. No shampoo or anything. Room felt like a military barracks room. Seemed like most people staying there were actually living there. Always random people sitting outside of all doors

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the walls by the door and in the bathroom were dirty. And the bathroom floor was dirty also like it hadn’t been mopped in awhile. And there was NO COFFEE POT in the room or any where. Also the bed was horrible.

The beds were futons. The towels given to us were stained. The restroom was dirty. I would not recommend to anyone.
