This Embassy Suites location is wonderfully convenient. The housekeeping staff was terrific though the breakfast staff appear quite inconvenienced by the guests. The toaster failed 2 days were there and when I told an attendant behind the counter her response was "it happens all the time" while they watched and did nothing to resolve. The bed, pillows and linens were comfortable and helped sleep but I was in room 614 and there's a sound like a leaf blower between the bathroom and bedroom and when reported to the front desk they said they'd look at it but nobody was there to resolve anything. When the tv is on you don't notice it but try to sleep with a leaf blower next door. The lack of response from the staff at this location was like none I've seen before. Finally, after a long day of travel I was looking forward to arriving and taking a bath but there was way I wanted to soak in a mildew crusted tub. We are loyal to Embassy Suites when traveling but this was by far not what we've experienced with any other location.

I am so sorry to hear about your recent stay. We strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests. It sounds like we may have dropped the ball. I will get with all department leads to ensure sufficient training be done so this does not happen in the future. We are starting renovations this summer so I truly hope you will return as we would love to have another chance to show you how great our hotel really is.

The appearance of the main lobby is very nice but the rooms are definitely lacking! The smell of musty water is something that needs to be addressed.

The room I stayed in had a horrible noise from the HVAC system, took two days to finally have it fixed and I was never offered a discount due to the lack of sleep for three nights. It was so loud and disruptive I couldn’t sleep through the noises when the heat would come on. Disappointed I was not offered some compensation for the uncomfortable stay.

Very convenient for airport usually. Early flight asked front desk to call cab… got a blank look. She told us to Uber or Lyft. Check in staff was more helpful.

Great location to get around to different areas. The first time we stayed it was very clean and didn't have any noticeable concerns. We had check in their app and had the digital card. It made it very convenient. The second check in was the same, but the room we were assigned had dirty dishes outside of it and the key card didn't let us in. We were relicated to another room and had a much worse experience than the first check in experience. The room was clean minus dirty dishes outside the door again. There were alot of things that seemed to be a downgraded room. There were missing parts or damaged areas in the room and the tv was not the same as the prior room. The bed was also not comfortable and appeared to be a much worn out bed than prior. It was not worth the price that I paid for compared to the original stay.

This was a very nice hotel as far as cleanliness and appearance. However the two issues we had were the rooms were terribly hot during the night with the set as low as it would go. The second was with the “buffet” breakfast. Certain staff members were very rude about where to go and how it worked. We have never been to a buffet where you just got to pick and they got it for you. There was so many people at breakfast that by the time you make your plates for the whole family and wait in line multiple times we barely got to eat before they closed everything off. We will not be back due to the lack of AC alone.

I Loved the Overall feel. The Rooms were very comfortable. The Breakfast was amazing. All the staff were very friendly. I didn’t like the tub. It obviously had some type of mat prior and looked stained. Around the faucet in suite area, water handles , around base appeared uncleaned, at least one of the faucets, for quite some time. Overall would definitely stay here again

Terrible stay
Weather bad and the hotel had the heat on and could not adjust. The temp was well over 85 degrees. The desk said they turn off the air because it was cold out. Breakfast was the worst I had ever had.

Everything was great except for the breakfast. Breakfast needs more selection and flavor on the hot items were not appetizing. It didn’t taste great.

If you're wanting a location that is convenient to OKC fairgrounds & OKC stockyards this is the place to be. Hotel & rooms are clean. The breakfast is the best! Staff was always friendly & courteous. Close to many dining options

A little warm for comfort.
The public areas of the hotel are beautiful. But the rooms themselves are in need of repair and updating. Unfortunately we had to manually flush the toilet. It worked once but after that it didn’t. The room temperature was stuck at 73 degrees and could not be lowered so it was uncomfortable to sleep in. We were only there to rest up before our morning flight so we delt with what we had for the 7 hours of sleep.
