« Me and some buddies came in from out of town to see a show at Avondale Brewery! This house was a 2 minute ride from Avondale Brewery, with many others attractions in the neighborhood, and the Uber charges were exceptionally reasonable. Very nice house. Sizeable kitchen, large dinning table, plenty of seating around the table, sofa that would seat 4-5 comfortably or two people could stretch out, beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows. I would definitely consider this house for a future trip....

Rented it for the entire weekend and couldn’t have been happier. It is a historic building with lots of old wood working, antique lights, hardwood floors, and this majestic presence that was both awesome and satisfying. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable and the living areas were simply beautiful. We didn’t have any negatives about this...

« Cozy, comfortable home nestled among a quiet neighborhood and tucked into a corner lot of trees. My family was very comfortable here during our extended weekend stay. Great location between Birmingham and Trussville made it convenient to access everything we needed. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute and comfy home. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us to sleep comfortably and spread out. The outdoor area is just lovely and our kids enjoyed playing chess and lounging about. The house was very clean and we had plenty of towels for everyone. The neighborhood felt very safe and is conveniently located to many small shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay at this home again in the future! »

Took my dog for a walk as wide streets have little traffic. Easy to get in touch with host or his assistant. Recommend this property. »

« It was a nice place to stay for the night. The host did give us easy to follow directions to find the unit. Though, parking was not great for us a with a full sized SUV. It was a little tough to pull out when the neighbors had their vehicles parked as well. There is other parking on the street, but it was full. And the driveway is fairly steep to walk up. We stayed for an event. When we had comenback to the unit that night, the tv on the main floor was on, when we know it was not on when we...
