Hi Christine. We regret that you did not like our property. However, we can say that most of your feedback is based on conjecture and discrimination; and are not close to what is true of our property.The building was recently painted and beautified. Plants were recently planted and looking beautiful. Also, the men you saw "hanging out" are not idlers, they are local entrepreneurs who operate cook shops, do fishing or rafting on the White River right next to us.Secondly, it is mandated that the police visit each tourist area on a regular basis daily; that's protocol in any hotel anywhere on the island. It had nothing to do with any criminal activity. That's another false assumption which could be labelled as discriminatory.Our property is beautiful and safe. Like any other property, it will not be the choice for everyone. But, the management and staff here do all that is necessary to ensure the property is up to par and guests have a wonderful time. We are confident that had you stayed you would have loved it.Nevertheless, all the best to you.

Hi Alex we really do appreciate your feedback and that you chose our property. All properties have their policies as it relates to visitors. Most properties the visitors can go no farther than the lobby. So if we allow a visitor as far as your balcony that is not so bad. Also, your booking rate was a non-refundable one in keeping with the cancellation policy you booked under. However, we are happy you liked the bar and found our staff friendly. All the best

Thank you for choosing our property and for your feedback. We are happy you liked most things. Your complaint though is uncharacteristic of our rooms. All our rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use. So, seeing hairs and other form shave uncleanliness like you have described is highly unlikely. Also, the receptionist did ask if there is anything he could do to assist you and prevent you from checking out, but you were adamant on leaving, regrettably.We, at the property, regret that you had to checkout early. Because we are sure we could fix the situation to your satisfaction.All the best

Thank you for your feedback Sharmaine and for choosing our property. Cleanliness is a top priority at our property and we go at extreme lengths to ensure that this is kept up to standard at all times. The hallway gets a little sandy at times, due to us being a beach resort and persons are always trafficking through the hallway with their sandy feet or body. However, our housekeepers go through routinely to clean this. So, if you saw it sandy for a while I am sure it was not for long. Notwithstanding, we are doing works to limit this situation as much as possible. Should you come again you would see those changes.All the best.

I believe it is your proclaimed despise for white people, although you are too, which you were not shy to tell us, that took away from your stay; considering 85% of the guests were white while u were here. Hi Duane. We regret that you did not like our property for your one night stay. You made your reservation through a third party booking agency so we had no control over the "extra" you paid. Also, almost all the things you have listed saying they don't work actually work. Not sure what you mean by us not having a "real" restaurant. We have beach bar and restaurant and we did not advertise anything different. Also, even when we are rated poorly on other things almost never rated poorly on our food. We advertised Spa services on the beach, which is available and is always higly rated. We are not a noisy property either. This is uncharacteristic of our property.Nevertheless, we are very sorry you did not like it here with us. Perhaps, our property is just not to your specific preferences. We are currently rennovating and that will fix some of the little issues which exists. Thank you for your feedback.All the best.
