« The house is located next to a well known park, very quiet part of town, it's a little far from Oaxaca centro, the rooms are comfortable has AC, the only thing is, if you don't have your own transportation, is a bit hard to catch a taxi, is about a 15 minute walk to the main artery, and delivery is not available due to the fact that the house address is registered or doesn't appear on Google maps. »

« Staying at this house was one of our best decisions on our recent trip to Oaxaca. Tlalatlaco is a nice, safe neighborhood that is a short walk to the Zocalo. Our hosts, Mercedes and Jeorg, were very responsive. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the solar water heater supplied the best hot water of any place we've stayed in Mexico! « We found the house and patio to be lovely, with gorgeous plants and trees. The house was spacious and filled with beautiful furniture and art. The bedrooms were also spacious and comfortable, each with its own bathroom. Angela and Eduardo were gracious and wonderful hosts. « The house is part of a medium size area with several other small apartments. It is a very secure area and the owner and his grandson live on site in 2 of the apartments. « Ming was there to welcome us, and introduce her housekeeper Socorro who proved to be a very delightful, accommodating person. Fortunately, our group spoke enough Spanish collectively to get along with Socorro. The breakfasts and a couple of dinners were very well prepared. Overall, we were satisfied with the Holiday House. The location in San Felipe de Agua was further away from the downtown area than we anticipated. It took 20-30 minutes to travel to Zocalo, and taxis cost more like 100 pesos...

« The apartment is spacious with a newer, very nice build-out. Each of the 3 bedrooms were quite comfortable with a balcony off the master (and the living room). The location was ideal for exploring the area and for easy, walkable access to desired restaurants. Gene was very responsive and offered great suggestions. Street noise was a bit of an issue but a worthwhile trade off given the excellent, close-in city location. »

« This apartment is in a perfect spot. On a small , residential alleyway next to the Sanchez Pascua market, near everything one needs : food, laundry, bakery, cafe etc. We loved the location. « Great ample compound., very quiet but close to everything. Lush trees, great pool. The homes themselves were not particularly special, but are clean and functional. Very limited kitchen utensils, in case you want to cook there. Check in experience was ok, but the local caretaker hours are limited. Overall a good experience! »

Quiero destacar la ubicación a 2 cuadras del centro cultural Santo Domingo y de todos los restaurantes y galerías a su alrededor. Como nota al margen, la habitación elite es la única que no tiene cocineta, las descripción es correcta pero las fotografías no (de cualquier manera la habitaciónes muy linda). Tomar en cuenta si la cocineta es esencial para su estancia, en ese caso elijan cualquier otra. »

« El edificio como tal es hermoso, nos instalamos en un loft para 7 personas, es practicamente una casita de campo moderna, 4 baños, 4 tv's, una especie de sala recibidor, a mi y a mis hijos les encantó, se sentía muy bien el ambiente.
