Belle suite et bon service
Belle suite (Firenze), quoique un peu sombre, au RDC. Terrasses intérieures et sur le toit agréables pour le petit déjeuner ou un verre. Sevice attentioné pour seulement 8 chambres. Accueil exveptionnel à notre arrivée à 8h nous donnant accès à la chambre aussi tôt et offrant un café. Petit déjeuner servi très joliment (fruits et confitures).

Chambre très romantique
En arrivant le personnel vous accueil comme un hôte exceptionnel . La chambre est présentée et tout est fait pour que l'on se sente tout de suite bien . Très belle chambre spacieuse avec une deco raffinée ,à l'ancienne . L'hôtel est extrêmement calme ,la literie digne des meilleurs hôtels ,est vraiment confortable . Nous reviendrons dans ce petit bijoux d'hôtel .

Très charmante petie maison coloniale avec patio. Accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Excellent service. Au sein de la vieille ville et à quelques minutes à pieds des principaux centres d'intérêts touristiques.

The bathtub was too high to be able to use the shower. And they only supply a small bottle of water in the room. We were surprised that the breakfast included was only continental.

This was a beautiful, comfortable boutique hotel. A converted convent! The staff is very accommodating and focused on customer service. It's very clean with a lovely complimentary continental breakfast with optional full breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. It's delightful!!

Little gem in the centre of Oaxaca
Great service, superfriendly staff, we were offered a glass of wine on arrival and they packed our breakfast with coffee to go to have at the airport! Beds are really big and there is a bath+shower. Everything was also spot-clean

Nice boutique hotel with only 9 adults only rooms. The personnel is very attentive. Lots of little extras. The location is excellent as you can walk easily to the best restaurants and the most popular tourist sites from the hotel. We would certainly go back.

The property was a 16th Century convent. Courtyard is super charming and the rooms were immaculate. In particular, I loved Don Jose's smile every time we walked up, Don Pepe's incredible breakfast, and Betty's efficient service. Lovely place.

Luxurious and Beautiful
This hotel is top notch and beautiful. The room we were in, "VENEZIA" was gorgeous and spacious. My family truly enjoyed it. At all moments of the day and night, there is a friendly staffer ready and willing to help in any way necessary. The location is excellent... just a short walk to the main avenue that heads down to the Zocalo. The hotel also hands out a list of recommended restaurants. We tried 2 on the list and there's a reason the hotel recommended them... 10/10 for each. We tried Casa Oaxaca and Los Danzantes. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for peace, quite, and luxury all wrapped into one.

My wife and I booked this boutique hotel at the heart of Oaxaca for a 4 day vacation. We arrived kind late due to a flight delay, and we were welcomed by the staff with hospitality. We were advised on the surrounding attractions, places to eat, and events of the day. Our room has a nice view of the central area, and a lovely terrace. Breakfast crew was also warm and friendly, and we were served fresh fruits and pastries everyday. Now the hotel does show its ages with cracking walls and rusty spots. It is the central area, so parking can be spotty on the weekend. It's also a bit noisy at night, so watch out if you are a light sleeper. Overall, this wonderful hotel makes up for the lack top notch hardware with a special touch of Mexican hospitality.

What a fabulous hotel with an incredible staff!! The breakfast was perfect! The juices they serve are delicious! Marco was such a great helper. David too. All the staff including kitchen staff is fabulous. Very friendly. The hotel is located in a very convenient location. Everything is walkable. Lots of great shopping and restaurants around. We highly recommend this hotel!! Our stay at Palacio Borghese was great! The location is extremely convenient and walkable! Just steps from the wonderful Santo Domingo church! Lots of amazing dining options around! The staffs are exceptional at this hotel! We received a warm welcome and felt cared for throughout out stay! We are so thankful to the hotel for allowing us a early check in as we were extremely exhausted after a long journey. They offered us free juices/water/coffee time to time.Especially one day when we returned to the hotel after a hot day they welcomed us with delicious cold fruit juices. I lived in many hotels around the world but their warm /caring gestures are a rare find now-a-days! They also helped us with directions and and recommendations and called cabs for us when needed.Look nowhere if you want to stay in a beautiful , clean and serene property in the heart of Oaxaca city with amazing staffs!! We had a wonderful stay at the Palacio Borghese Hotel in Oaxaca. The staff were incredibly responsive, kind and helpful. Our room was sparkling. The manager was available and checked in on our comfort, and the building was just beautiful. The only thing we did not like was the level of noise on the street that we could hear in our room at all hours! We highly recommend this Hotel, however.

The hotel is conveniently located one block from the church and plenty of restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and service was fantastic, as they made server reservations for us during our stay. We would definitely return to stay here at one of the larger rooms.

Era pequeña la habitación la propiedad no cuenta con alberca demasiado caro para su habitación nada q ver como se ve en las fotos

Hola estimada laura, agardecemos todos sus comentarios, sin embargo nos gustaria recalca, que este hotel como muchos en la ciudad, eran casonas antiguas, las cuales de tuvieron que adaptar lo mayor posible a Hoteles, por esa razon no contamos con alberca, y en ninguna de nuestras paginas se menciona que tenemos una alberca, y tambien es importante que sepa que el tipo de habitacion que usted alquilo es una habitacion estandar, las cuales son mas pequeñas por el costo que es mas reducido que las de lujo. Esperamos que en su proxima visita a la ciudad, encuentre un Hotel de acuerdo a sus gustos y lamentamos que no haya cumplido sus expectativas.

Excellent Stay and Location
The staff was very friendly and helpful; it was a pleasure to interact with them. Breakfast was very good, and the bed was very comfortable.
