However, I would be remiss if I didn't apologize for the disappointments you experienced with not being able to utilize all our resort amenities, along with the challenges with the unseasonable perfect weather weekend in mid-March, prior to us opening the full pool operation later in Spring, similar with us getting the Limewood patio deck ready for Easter weekend and the main patio season. These disappointments and challenges you experienced certainly aren't indicative of the fine level of guest experience that we are striving for, and I certainly thank you for highlighting "the staff was friendly and eager to accommodate".
